C'était agréable, peu de travail ou de choses à faire, l'auberge est correcte, ils m'envoyaient des messages pendant mes jours de repos au sujet du travail et ce n'était pas très agréable, mais dans l'ensemble, c'était bien.

La communication pourrait s'améliorer, car ils ne te souhaitent même pas la bienvenue... tout est un peu froid. Le travail et les horaires sont tels que nous les avons convenus et le travail est amusant quand il y a du monde. Igor et Aniela sont des collègues avec qui il est agréable de travailler. Une bonne opportunité pour rencontrer des gens d'autres pays et découvrir la ville.

J'ai passé un moment incroyable à l'auberge ! Je me suis senti très bien accueilli par la réceptionniste à mon arrivée. Grâce à Charlie et Aniela, deux filles amicales et sympathiques qui m'ont aidé dans n'importe quelle situation dont j'avais besoin. L'hébergement est propre, bien rangé et confortable. Vous bénéficiez de 50 % de réduction sur les boissons. Le travail était vraiment détendu et les heures étaient respectées. Vous réalisez des affiches, parlez avec les invités et décidez des activités pour la semaine prochaine et, bien sûr, vous dirigez les activités. Le seul problème était l'absence d'une cuisinière ou d'un four. Cela a rendu l'expérience plus difficile à maintenir. Tout le reste était bien !

I had a great time overall. The staff were lovely and welcoming, shout out to Charlie and Zosia, the bartenders who were always willing to help out. I didn't receive much guidance when I arrived and during my time there and was left to figure things out on my own - luckily I've had experience running hostel events, so it wasn't too bad. However, someone new to this type of work might find the lack of structure a bit daunting. The accomodation was comfortable and you got cheap drinks. A good gig if you are self motivated and don't mind working independently.

I was at the hostel for about two weeks. I was very warmly welcomed by the general manager Łukasz and by the bar manager, Roni, who I worked with for the whole time. Both were super lovely, helped out when needed, showed me around the city and even took me swimming! I feel super grateful that I got to be a volunteer here. The work is relatively easy - I'd say on each day I was scheduled to work, I worked about 7 hours and then was a able to go out after and/or explore the city before my shift started. It was a great first volunteering experience so thank you to both Łukasz and Roni!!

It was an amazing experience, Roni and the rest of staff are the best people and are always ready to help you with anything. The work is really enjoyable and permits to meet people from all over the world. Krakow is a city with a lot of things to do and never bores you

It's an amazing work and hostel, Roni and all the staff are very receptive, respectful and nice. The work is very funny to do and you don't feel you are working and I collected a lot of amazing moments in this hostel. I really recommend this place.
