Amazing experience! All the staff were very kind to me. I mostly did night shifts preparing drinks at the bar and always trying to make a good environment with guests. We organized beer pong, karaoke and other games with them. The other shift was preparing breakfast for guests in the morning. There were easygoing tasks and the staff always explained everything beforehand. The room is shared with other guests although I met amazing people and I enjoyed it during my whole stay and I hope to get back soon. The hostel facilities are of quality and the location is perfect! Loved free pasta night

I highly recommend this experience! It was my first time volunteering, and the best possible way start!😊 The hostel team are wonderfull people—kind, open-minded, supportive and willing to hear your ideas. The hostel was excellent, super clean, really well organized, vivid and sunny common areas & perfect location! Also an ideal place to meet and connect with other travellers. The tasks were very simple and gave me the opportunity to interact and meet other people while doing them & I still had plenty of personal time left! The vibes were amazing!😊☀️I trully felt the hostel like home❤️

My time at Tic the hostel was absolutely incredible! Everyone is super welcoming, always willing to help and give tips about what to do, where to go or what food to try :) This is honestly the best hostel I've ever been to, everything is nice, very cozy and super clean, breakfast is included (and delicious). The work itself was very easy. I was doing either the morning breakfast shift or the evening shift at the bar, everything was always well-explained so I never had any issues. I've honestly fallen in love with Naples. I will be back for sure! Thank you so much for everything! ❤️

Ho trascorso volentieri il mio tempo al TricTrac. È un ottimo posto per conoscere e imparare da viaggiatori di tutto il mondo. Le serate di pasta gratuita sono un bel bonus e di solito restano avanzi che i volontari possono prendere il giorno successivo. Lavori solo i turni notturni, quindi hai i giorni liberi fino alle 7 o alle 8. Tuttavia, il lavoro in sé è vago, e c'è l'aspettativa che i volontari vadano oltre i compiti che ti vengono assegnati, cosa che può essere difficile da capire.

Ostello super centrale, super pulito, (grazie a Theresa e al resto delle ragazze che sono incredibili) con orari rispettati, colazione inclusa. Il letto è molto comodo. Condividerai la camera con il resto degli ospiti. Sono stato al bar e ho avuto la fortuna di conoscere Alfonso con una energia incredibile e, ovviamente, Laura, più che un'altra volontaria, una nuova amica! Compiti facili che devi imparare rapidamente.. Il team in generale è cordiale. Mi sarebbe piaciuto che la cucina fosse in condizioni migliori. Hai pasta gratis con karaoke!

Hostel social, com ótimo café da manhã e bem localizado. Uma experiência legal que poderia ser ainda melhor com uma comunicação mais próxima e mais organizada entre toda a equipe. Recomendo a experiência!

Coming in a rather calm time of the year, it was sometimes hard to find guests to connect with since i think that more groups than solo travellers were present, and sometimes it wasn't as social as the reviews promised. Also, there are just two volunteers in total. However, the hours were respected and tasks are super simple. The permanent team is nice, the included breakfast amazing. Accommodation was the 12 bed dorm which was also doable and very clean. I love Napoli as a city a lot - so much to do, to see, to eat and explore. :)

My first volunteering and an amazing first experience! The staff was kind and welcoming; I was able to practice my Italian with them and unlock my English conversation skills with the guests… It exceeded my expectations! Three life-changing weeks, and I left completely in love with Naples. The shifts are well-structured, giving us plenty of time to enjoy the city at a relaxed pace. I worked some days at the bar and others during breakfast. Thank you for the opportunity, TricTrac!

This was my first volunteer experience of Worldpackers and since I arrived to the hostal they made me feel welcome, it was low season so the job was very easy to manage and I had plenty of time to be able to explore Napoli, I was able to meet a lot of travellers in the hostal and all the hours of work and task where respected by the host. And the hostal's staff was friendly and helpful. And when there was a misunderstanding the hostal was very professional in managing it .

Volunteering at this hostel was an awesome experience. The team was very welcoming, creating a friendly and supportive atmosphere. The hostel itself is clean, cool and perfectly located for exploring the area. Tasks were varied and enjoyable, from helping at the bar to organizing events, with a well-balanced schedule that allowed plenty of free time. I met amazing people, learned a lot, and had an enriching experience overall. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a rewarding volunteer opportunity!
