Ho trascorso un periodo incredibile al hostel. Tutti sono stati molto accoglienti e amichevoli, e mi hanno fatto sentire in casa in poco tempo. Ti viene dato molto tempo libero per esplorare Belfast e i luoghi circostanti. Consiglierei sicuramente il Global Village Hostel a chiunque sia interessato. Il manager, Callum, mi ha fatto sentire molto accolto, mi ha dato consigli e suggerimenti sulla vita e sulle attività in città, ed è sempre stato utile per noi volontari. Un grande saluto a Taylor, Roisin, Max, Corrine, Grace e Lucy. Grazie per tutti i ricordi, ragazzi!

Il mio soggiorno a GV è stato completamente positivo. L'ostello è fantastico, con una grande area comune e una cucina, ed è vicino al centro della città. L'orario è ben organizzato, e Tash è adorabile e sempre disponibile ad aiutare. La consiglierei sicuramente se ti piace un'atmosfera da pub.

Al mio arrivo all'ostello, ho trovato l'alloggio assegnato estremamente sporco, non igienico e completamente inabitabile. C'era persino cibo vecchio e cipolle lasciate dentro le scarpe nella stanza, dimostrando che lo spazio non era stato pulito prima del mio arrivo. Le condizioni non corrispondevano affatto alle foto o alle descrizioni sull'inserzione. A causa di serie preoccupazioni per la salute e la sicurezza, ho dovuto lasciare immediatamente e pagare di tasca mia alloggio d'emergenza. Worldpackers Support è intervenuto e ha terminato ufficialmente il viaggio. Raccomando vivamente ai futuri volontari di procedere con cautela.

Ho trascorso un ottimo mese al Global Village! Tutti gli altri volontari sono meravigliosi, e Tasha è una responsabile fantastica — così gentile e molto flessibile con i turni. Il carico di lavoro è molto equo e hai molto tempo libero. La posizione è ottima, a pochi passi da ristoranti, musei e caffè, ed è molto comoda per gite di un giorno al di fuori di Belfast — per Dublino, Derry, Giant’s Causeway e molto altro ancora! Consiglierei assolutamente a chiunque voglia esplorare l’Irlanda del Nord.

Mi sono divertito molto all'ostello. Lavoro facile e molta flessibilità per visitare Belfast/Grande Irlanda. Molte opportunità per socializzare con lo staff e gli ospiti!! Mi manca già e lo consiglierei sicuramente.

Super friendly from the beginning I felt as one of the hostel team, the work is light and very flexible The hostel is a bit small but that's a part of its charm as well it's close to the city centre and all of the action Cool amenities like I could use the cereal or laundry or milk Sad to go , overall absolutely fantastic ❤️🏴👍

I had the most amazing time volunteering at the hostel. I couldn't have asked for a better team and manager to be by my side through my first volunteering experience. I would recommend this experience to anyone who is interested in visiting Belfast as it will give you plenty of time to tick off all the sights and learn about the local history and culture. The work exchange is also extremely reasonable and Tasha is so flexible with the staff allowing you to make the most of your time.

I had the best volunteering experience so far at the hostel! The hostel feels like home, the atmosphere is very friendly, and there's a real team spirit among the volunteers. As a volunteer, you're very involved in the life of the hostel and get the chance to meet many people. Special thanks to Tasha, the manager, who goes out of her way to make sure every volunteer has a wonderful experience there! I definitely recommend volunteering there, and I will undoubtedly come back very soon!
