Jutta e Peik sono stati molto accoglienti e mi hanno dato lo spazio per adattarmi e rilassarmi. La loro casa è adorabile e i loro cani sono molto dolci. Il lavoro è stato come previsto e piacevole. Ho imparato molto sulla cultura finlandese e dove si trovano le migliori escursioni. Non tutti i giorni sono stati facili, ma sono diventato una persona migliore da quello che ho imparato da loro. Grazie mille!

Il mio soggiorno a casa è stato un vero piacere!! Jutta e Peik sono due delle persone più adorabili che esistano, quindi anche loro sono due doggos. Mi hanno accolto a braccia aperte e con il cuore aperto. L'alloggio era bello, caldo, pulito e accogliente. Le faccende interne ed esterne erano facili da capire e varie. Una delle mie esperienze preferite di sempre!💐✨️

Definitely an experience to repeat. Jutta and Peik are very nice and friendly people, we were very comfortable at all times and it was great to get to know the local life the home, they really make you feel at home. The work is very flexible, which gives you time to visit, rest and have a good time with them as well. Kiitos for all!!🥰🥰

Jutta and Peik are exceptional hosts! From the very first moment they made us feel at home, offering us a comfortable and cozy space. They are incredibly kind and flexible, always willing to adapt to our needs. We shared fun moments, from escapades in nature with their beautiful dog to the opportunity to try typical Finnish dishes. Undoubtedly, a wonderful experience that I would repeat without hesitation and recommend to anyone.😊

Our stay with Jutta and Peik provided many valuable experiences. We enjoyed the beautiful surroundings, learned about the culture, and appreciated the collaboration. In the beginning, we felt welcomed and were excited about the tasks. Over time, we encountered some challenges with communication, as instructions were sometimes unclear or came quite late, which made it harder to complete our work efficiently. Toward the end of our stay, the atmosphere felt more distant, and we felt less included. We value the experience, clearer communication and openness would enrich future collaborations.

Ci dispiace davvero che la vostra esperienza non sia stata all'altezza delle aspettative. Facciamo del nostro meglio per fornire istruzioni chiare all'inizio del soggiorno e ci sforziamo di mantenere una comunicazione quotidiana con i nostri volontari. Tuttavia, questa è una strada a doppio senso: ci aspettiamo che poniate domande in caso di dubbi. Comprendiamo che la timidezza, le abilità linguistiche limitate o la giovane età possano influire, e, nel rispetto del vostro comfort, abbiamo scelto di non spingervi a parlare di più. Tuttavia siamo davvero sorpresi nel sentire che ritenete che le istruzioni non fossero chiare.

Our stay with Jutta and Peik had both positive and challenging aspects. We felt welcome at first, enjoyed the beautiful location, and appreciated experiencing a new culture. However, communication was sometimes unclear, and instructions often came too late or were vague, which made the work harder. Towards the end, we felt less welcome, which affected the atmosphere. Still, we're grateful for the experience and believe it could be improved with clearer guidance and a more open approach.

Facciamo del nostro meglio per fornire istruzioni chiare all'inizio del soggiorno e mantenere una comunicazione quotidiana con i nostri volontari. Tuttavia, questa è una strada a due vie. In futuro vi consiglio di porre domande quando qualcosa non è chiaro, di esprimere le vostre preoccupazioni all'ospite durante il soggiorno, poiché siamo qui per aiutare! I can only say that the days I spent with Jutta and Peik were great. Both are very welcoming and attentive. I learned a lot from them about Finland, I had good recommendations on places to visit. I learned recipes for delicious and typical Finnish foods.I had full guidance on the work to be carried out and I hope I completed it satisfactorily.My favorite job was raking the autumn leaves that never stopped falling (I'm serious).The days spent there allowed me to get to know the Finnish way of living.I loved discovering glögi. I'll miss it when mine ends.I really felt at home with Jutta and Peik

It was a great experience. Jutta and Peik are amazing people. They are uplifting happy people who made me fell comfortable, welcomed and respected at all times. The chores for volunteering were fair and flexible, and they kept communication open and clear. The place is beautiful and they also helped a lot with recomendations for visiting places a around Helsinki and even other places. I would have stayed longer if I had the time. It is a great opportunity for growth and exchange. The dogs are sooo well behaved and cute. I loved every part of the staying and volunteering.

I really appreciated my time volunteering in the house, the hosts were nice and welcoming giving me and my family advice on places we could visit during our trip to finland. The volunteering tasks were all pretty simple and straightforward, most of them being basic chores to take care of the house and the garden. I would definitely recommend this to anyone thinking of visiting finland.
