Ho davvero, davvero apprezzato le mie 3 settimane a One Life Villas. Justin è uno dei ragazzi più fighi che abbia mai incontrato nella mia vita ed è molto comunicativo. Durante il soggiorno si è assicurato che mi sentissi davvero a mio agio. Mi manca già quel posto. Lo consiglio al 100%

Ho avuto un\'eccellente esperienza nell\'aiutare Justin per due settimane. Mi sono sentita molto a mio agio grazie alle strutture, con uno spazio per dormire tutto mio e un bagno privato, cosa poco comune nel volontariato. Il lavoro è leggero e non richiede più di un paio d\'ore. Justin è un host amabile e rilassato, e condividere con suo figlio piccolo è stato molto speciale. La spiaggia è vicina per godersela ogni giorno, fare surf o esplorare Playa Negra e Playa Blanca in bicicletta. Sono molto grata per questa esperienza e tornerei senza esitazioni. Ho trascorso due settimane ad Avellanas. Il luogo è bellissimo e la casa è incredibile. La stanza è spaziosa e ha il proprio bagno privato, il che è davvero bello! La spiaggia è bellissima. Ho fatto surf e ho frequentato una lezione di spagnolo presso la scuola locale di spagnolo, che è stata incredibile. Consiglierei ad altri viaggiatori di andare a Tamarindo durante il soggiorno, dato che non c'è molto da fare ad Avellanas e può sembrare isolato. Il lavoro è molto leggero ed è stato un piacere restare qui :))

Grazie Justin per il caloroso benvenuto. L'ambiente di lavoro era piuttosto tranquillo. Se ti piace la quiete, questo posto è fantastico. Mi sono sentito a mio agio e libero di fare ciò che volevo tra le poche ore di lavoro a settimana!

Ho trascorso qualche giorno all'hotel di Justin, era davvero piacevole, le ore di lavoro erano molto tranquille. Ha un dolcissimo figlio di due anni. Puoi andare a fare surf, nuotare in piscina; ha una bicicletta che puoi usare. Raccomando davvero questo posto se vuoi rilassarti, metterti in contatto con la natura e andare in spiaggia. Probabilmente sarai l'unico volontario lì, dato che Justin ha bisogno solo di uno alla volta, ma gli ospiti dell'hotel sono gentili. Sono andato a fare surf con un gruppo di tedeschi che soggiornavano in hotel.

I was welcomed by a loving, friendly, homely and livable environment. I became richer with lots of experiences, knowledge and laughter. I felt safe and in good hands. I would come back again anytime!

My time in Playa Avellanas was awesome! Justin is a great host and made me feel welcome from day one. The work was light and accommodation fantastic. The town is small, but really nice, and located near a surf beach. I highly recommend to anyone looking for an unforgettable Worldpackers experience! :)

I volunteered at a small Airbnb in a quiet surf town. The tasks were light—cleaning one of the three apartments every few days. The place is very remote, so without a car you are pretty much depended to the host or you need to hitchhike to get groceries or back and forth to the next bigger city. There's not much to do unless you surf, but the beach is beautiful and peaceful. I shared the house with Justin, the relaxed and communicative host. I had my own bed and bathroom, and access to the kitchen. I ended my stay a bit early to explore more of Costa Rica, which was no problem at all.

My first Worldpackers experience in Avellanas, a peaceful town near Tam. I came with an open mind and left feeling a strong sense of community. The work was light—housekeeping, yard upkeep, and ensuring everyone had a good time. The people were friendly, and I loved meeting travelers + locals. It was a great opportunity to connect with nature and others, and I left with more love and compassion for myself. Justin is very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient when it comes to teaching me how to surf. If you're seeking a meaningful, relaxed experience, this is the place! Thank you Justin!

I really enjoyed my stay at the guest house, the tasks were very easy, and I always had time enough for going to the beach, using the pool or going around. I also got surfing lessons, my room and the accommodation was just perfect, surrounded by nature and enjoying fresh fruits from the trees which was such a plus for me! Thanks Justin 🙌🏼
