Program Details

In joining us to volunteer you will be helping a genuine cause that is based on service to animals rather than to self and working in a team of up to 3 volunteers, in the winter months just 2.. If this appeals to you, drop us a line .

So in brief our volunteers helps us care for the daily needs of all these animals, helping with health care and ensuring they are all kept healthy, safe & happy . This entails making sure their water sources are clean and filled , helping with feeding and haying and of course cleaning up after them , yup this means pony poop, etc ,

Activities & Shift

4.5 to 5 hours tasks a day .

In the Summer From Mid June to Mid September you either work a morning shift or an afternoon shift and have the rest of the day for yourself to explore.

Morning shift
( with a good hours break, for breakfast etc)
OR
Afternoon shift 5pm to 9pm

In the Autumn, winter, Spring and winter we work a split shift - 3 hour in the morning and a 1 .5 hour afternoon shift with lots of time in the middle of the day to rest , read, walk etc.
