general tasks
・Reception (Check in, Check out and answer the inquires)
・Cleaning (clean and set up the rooms upon check out)
・Hosting (try to make conversation or cooking together *Voluntary)

【Japanese Language Education】
we can visit several Japanese schools nearby areas. The school wish their students to communicate with native Japanese speakers. Unfortunately there are very few native teachers in entire Sri Lanka compared to 60,000+ learners.
We'd like to support their real conversation practice and give them the experiences of interactions with Japanese people.

Activities & Shift

We can accept very flexible works shifts.
We’ve set things up so that the hostel can operate even without volunteers.
However, we’d really appreciate it if you could lend a hand so we can focus on other activities.

If there are any activities you’d like to try, we’ll do our best to provide resources and support.
