My first volunteer was great!! Charly cares for his volunteers and is always flexible to work things out with scheduling and has great insight with things around Guadalajara. The work itself is pretty basic tasks nothing too demanding for one person in a 5 hour shift! One thing that took me away was when I first arrived he sat me down and ran through the exceptions and the tasks but he didn't shy away from telling me that this was more than just a small volunteer work it was like coming into a small family business where everyone cared for each other and looked out for one another

It is a totally different volunteer service than you can imagine, you share with many foreigners, it helped me practice my English. Think about activities to share with everyone at the hostel and learn a little more about the Tapatia culture.

Estar en el anfitrión es una de las experiencias mas diferentes que eh tenido en mis años viajando. Aparte de ser un hostel es un bar, y el tipo de trabajo se distribuye entre el bar y el hoste. Charly siempre esta haciendo nuevos planes para que todos la pasemos bien y sinceramente se siente un gran habiente de fraternidad. Muchas gracias al anfitrión por esta gran oportunidad tan unica.

Charlie e sun host increíble. Se encarga de organizar actividades para compartir con todas las personas del hostal. Recomiendo al 100% quedarse con el y conocer toda la cultura mexicana. Las tareas son principalmente limpieza y ayudar con el negocio.
