The Experience

Join our beach camp near Varna, set in a cozy forest right next to the sea. Volunteers help with landscaping, gardening, and cooking while enjoying a peaceful hidden beach, beautiful sunrises, and life surrounded by nature. Enjoy traditional bulgarian meals from our local cook. Accommodation is in tents by the sea, with easy access to the city center, the famous Sea Garden, and Varna’s vibrant nightlife. ✨🌿

Delyan is an awesome host! Very fun and chill. The work is good the food is very yum and everyone is lovely! Crazy close to the beach and very nice the camping!

My experience at the camping was very positive. The work is very physical but also "rewarding" in its own way. The beach in front of the camping is wonderful, as are the city of Varna and the surrounding areas. The people are lovely, the Bulgarian food is very good, and it was great to discover different cultures and customs <3

I had a great time at this campsite and met so many amazing people such as other Worldpackers volunteers and some of the host's volunteer friends. The food is delicious, and I'm happy I had the chance to learn more about Bulgarian culture, I learned a few local expressions, the Cyrillic alphabet, and some interesting traditions. Deeylan is a good host, he's really friendly and hardworking, and took the time to teach us everything we needed to know to help manage the campsite. The work, was sometimes really physically demanding for me, so it's good to be prepared for that.

Delyan put us to WORK but all hours were as agreed, and the food was delicious, we got to try lots of Bulgarian dishes as well! We stayed in a caravan, and it was clean and cosy. The location is beautiful and great if you love camping and swimming, as the campsite is right on the beach. Delyan also took us into the city on our day off and showed us around which was also great! Thanks for having me, I hope to visit again soon!
