We are looking for people with initiative, a desire to learn and to share life in the community, enjoying nature, culture and the heritage of the Calchaquí Valleys. 🌿🏔️🍷

Activities & Shift

We share meals, campfires, walks through the Calchaquí Valleys and encounters with neighbors, producers, artisans and local artists. We also organize community work days, workshops and traditional celebrations of the region. We seek to create an environment of coexistence where learning, cooperation and cultural exchange are part of the everyday experience.

Our project is inspired by the principles of permaculture and ecosystem regeneration. Volunteers can learn about agroecological garden design, composting, efficient water management, afforestation, food production, seed conservation, bioconstruction, restoration of rural heritage and development of community projects. We also share knowledge about the culture and history of the Calchaquí Valleys and the process of creating an eco-village based on cooperation and living well.

We believe that every visitor brings a unique perspective. We’re interested in learning about new forms of community organization, regenerative agriculture techniques, sustainable construction, education, art and community life developed in other parts of the world. We especially value the exchange of experiences, ideas and perspectives that can enrich our eco-village project and strengthen a global network of people committed to more sustainable and collaborative ways of life. 🌱🌎🤝🏡
