Our volunteer program is based on teamwork, cleanliness, respect and a positive atmosphere. Volunteers help us with the daily operation of the hostel while enjoying a comfortable and friendly environment in Tirana. We are looking for responsible people with good energy, who are willing to help and be part of a clean, organized and respectful hostel environment.
The volunteer will work approximately 5 hours per day, starting around 10:00 AM, 6 days per week. Tasks include cleaning rooms and bathrooms, making beds, organizing common areas, changing sheets, helping keep the hostel clean and tidy above all, assisting guests with basic requests and directions, and helping with general daily hostel tasks when needed.
Cleanliness of the hostel is the top priority at all times. Volunteers are expected to be respectful, responsible, punctual and maintain a positive attitude with guests and staff. Quiet hours and hostel rules must always be respected. Smoking or alcohol/drug abuse is not accepted. We expect volunteers to keep both guest and staff areas clean and organized.
