We’re looking for a creative, outgoing and social-media-savvy volunteer to help us show what it’s really like to stay in Brașov:from hostel life and our guests to local experiences, hidden spots and things to do around the city.
Your weekly responsibilities:
-Create 4 Reels/TikToks per week

-Create Instagram Stories on the 5 days/week.Around 10-15 story frames on your shift days,showing everyday hostel life

📍 Of your weekly content:
* 1–2 pieces should focus on Brașov, local experiences or things to do
* At least 1 piece should feature guests, hostel life or UGC
📲 Create Instagram Stories on 5 days/week
Around 10-15 story frames on active days, showing everyday hostel life, guests, activities and Brașov.
💬 Community engagement
* Reply to and engage with comments
* React to and repost relevant guest content and tags
* Encourage guests to tag us and create/share content
* Interact with our social media community during your working days
🗓️ Planning & performance
* Join 1 short content-planning session each week
* Review basic Instagram/TikTok analytics weekly
* Identify which content performs best and suggest new ideas
* Keep photos and videos organised in our shared content library
* Take pictures of our hostel: rooms, bathrooms, common areas facility
⏰ Time commitment
Approximately 20 hours per week
5 days/week + 2 days completely off
We care more about great, authentic content than simply posting for the sake of posting.
We’re looking for someone who:
✨ Loves creating Reels and short-form video
✨ Understands Instagram and TikTok trends
✨ Is comfortable filming and editing on their phone
✨ Is confident approaching and interacting with travellers
✨ Can encourage guests to participate in content
✨ Has a good eye for photography and storytelling
✨ Is proactive and brings their own ideas
Experience with CapCut, Canva or similar tools is a plus.

🏡 In exchange, you’ll stay with us while experiencing one of Romania’s most beautiful cities and creating content around travel, people and hostel life.
