Je pense que ces deux mois ont été parmi les meilleurs moments de ma vie. J'ai eu l'opportunité d'être entièrement immergé dans la culture, apprenant comment vivent les Vietnamiens et voyageant vers des endroits magnifiques. Miss Hay et le personnel ont toujours été très aimables et sympathiques. Ce qui me restera toujours en mémoire est que, pendant cette expérience de bénévolat, j'ai créé une famille — à la fois avec les autres bénévoles et les Vietnamiens que nous avons rencontrés.

J'ai eu le meilleur moment de ma vie en faisant du bénévolat dans ce programme. Enseigner a été une expérience si gratifiante et, au-delà des cours, j'ai vraiment aimé m'immerger dans la culture vietnamienne. Depuis le partage des repas et des traditions jusqu'à l'exploration de la vie quotidienne, j'ai développé une véritable appréciation pour la gentillesse, la chaleur et la générosité des personnes que j'ai rencontrées ici. Ce programme m'a donné des souvenirs et des amitiés que je porterai avec moi pour toujours, et je suis vraiment reconnaissant pour l'opportunité. Je le recommanderais de tout cœur à quiconque cherche une expérience significative à l'étranger.

Mon expérience avec VCV a été incroyable. Depuis le premier jour, je me suis senti accueilli et enthousiaste. Je n'aurais jamais pu imaginer une meilleure façon de passer mes vacances d'été que de venir à VCV et de vivre la véritable expérience vietnamienne. Je tiens à remercier Mme Hay pour tout le soutien et la compréhension, et au manager Thu pour être une personne aussi authentique et serviable. Si vous envisagez de venir au Vietnam, c'est définitivement l'endroit idéal pour le faire.

Really great experience at VCV, you can truly immerse yourself in the culture and meet with so many locals! They provide lesson plans to the school with which is a great help!

I am so grateful for my experience at VCV! Teaching here was the best possible decision I could've made! I was teaching both adults and children every week which was truly a valuable learning experience trying to navigate all sorts of levels of the school age groups. The social experience is one of the most impactful parts of VCV because you're able to not only get to know all of your students and other students at VCV, but also all of the VCV Staff, VCV Partners, and the other VCV Volunteers. It was insanely difficult to leave my VCV Family and Vietnam as a whole. I hope to be back soon! :)

VCV is an amazing experience. From the beginning you are welcomed into the VCV family and a homely environment. The schedule is very flexible and there is an all-rounded structure to help enhance your experience as a teacher. The students are engaging and willing to learn and there is constant communication and support when needed from Ms Hay and other members. I would love to come back to VCV in the near future and do it all over again.

Thank you VCV for the amazing experience! I had the chance to the school both adults and children, and I learned so much from working with each group. Socializing with them was so fun, and I learned so much about Vietnamese culture. The atmosphere at home was also something I really cherished and it felt like having a small family in Hanoi. I hope to see you all again very soon!

I loved teaching English at VCV!! The home immediately makes you feel welcomed the school no time it will start to feel like a family. The hours are not a lot at all and very well prepared, lesson plans are given beforehand. I didn't have any teaching experience and that was not an issue at all. I learnt so much and the students are really lovely. In the weekends fun events and trips are organised so you're never bored! I made so many amazing memories and lasting friendships here, would go back in a heartbeat!
