Welcome to Summer in Senegal to make a difference and enjoy an unforgettable experiences from Senegalese cities to its traditional and modern villages. Share your energy in social work of your field of interest and be happy to give a helping hand. Share your know-how, then I take you where your skills are needed.

What you offer

8 hours of help per day

Child Care: Caring for, playing with, and spending time with children.

Social Work: Help with volunteer work in local projects and communities.

Teaching Languages: Teaching a language to the host, guests, or local communities.

Additional fee required

Amount: US$ 80 One time

Fee pays for: Benefits for travelers

Description: $80 for pick up at and drop to the airport and phone service.

What you get

3 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Free Tours: We’ll take you on tours and rides around town. For free!

Get free drinks or beverages.: Drink up! Get free and tasty drinks for yourself.

Yoga classes: Take free yoga classes at our place.

Dance classes: Take free dance classes at our place.

Language lessons: Take free language classes at our place.

Program Details

Welcome to SummerAdventure where you will be volunteering in community association, youth and women groups. You will be helping with activities management, sport and literacy programs and marketing or picture video support to promote rural communities summer activities. In return you will learn new skills while moving in the community but also get some cultural workshops orgonized for you by community teams. Learn about senegalese cuisine, local language or french and experience rural family exposure. Enjoy the rainy saison programs.

Activities & Shift

Sometime daylight activities othervtimes working in the evening. Yet everything goes very flexible, so no pressure, no professionnel timing. We go with the flow to make things happen.
