What we provide & What we expect:
Accommodation & Self-Discipline:
A bed in a shared staff room with sheets and towels.
Your responsibility: You must maintain flawless cleanliness in the staff room. In our hostel, discipline starts where you sleep.
Laundry & Logistics:
One free laundry cycle (7kg) per week (detergent included).
Please note: drying space is shared. Planning your laundry is part of your organization skills.
Supplies & Meals:
We provide basic ingredients for self-cooking: eggs, potatoes, pasta, bread, onions, garlic, jam, and spices.
This is a solid base to keep you energized. For anything extra or specific, you are welcome to use the communal kitchen.
Team Perks:
Access to the living room with Netflix and PlayStation for your downtime.
Free Experience: You can join our organized guest tours for free (while guests pay). It’s a great way to learn about Sofia and connect with the travelers you serve.
Important Note:
Our hostel is located in a historic building in the city center. It has character and soul, but it is not a luxury hotel. We focus on impeccable service and cleanliness rather than fancy furniture. If you value substance over style, you’ll fit right in.
The Standard:
Being №1 in Sofia is a result of our obsession with order. We don't just "clean" or "check-in", we execute tasks with clinical precision. Your shift is a hands-on training in high-standard hospitality management.
Your Core Duties:
Precision Housekeeping: Deep cleaning of common areas and dorms. You will follow detailed manuals to ensure every corner meets our standard.
Reception Excellence: Professional guest management and multitasking under pressure. Mastering the art of service with a professional smile.
Bed Preparation: Mastering our method of making the perfect bed quickly and efficiently.
Operational Accountability: Managing administrative tasks (Excel, Channel Manager) and following daily checklists to the letter.
The Shift Structure:
Total Focus: 5 hours of high-intensity contribution. No personal phones or distractions. Once your shift is completed, your time is entirely your own.
We provide direct, honest feedback. We also use video monitoring to ensure standards are met and to help you sharpen your professional skills in real-time.
2 Days Off+: 2 days off per week to explore Bulgaria once your daily mission is accomplished.
What we look for:
We value "grit" and attention to detail. This is an environment for those who want to quit being lazy and/or master discipline. If you can’t handle being busy and precise, this isn't for you. If you can, you’ll leave us as a hospitality pro with a reference that truly carries weight.

Basic Rules & Code of Conduct
1. The Silence Protocol (22:00 – 09:00) 🔇
We guarantee our guests a perfect night's sleep. This means absolute silence during these hours. No talking, laughter, or noise in common areas. This rule is non-negotiable. Violation means immediate termination of our cooperation.
2. Standard Operating Procedures 🫡
We are not a "regular" hostel. We have strict protocols for everything. By joining us, you agree to follow these rules without exception. Compliance is strictly monitored to maintain our №1 status in Sofia.
3. Professional Alignment 🔝
Our rules are designed for guests' comfort and operational excellence. If you prefer a loose environment with fewer boundaries, this is not the place for you. We expect full alignment with our standards from day one.
