Teaching English and skills to children from Rural Uganda
The Exchange
We offer lessons and seminars to motivate young people and children to be positive agents of change in their communities. We help them to develop new skills and put them into practice, to become economically independent one day and out of the vicious circle of poverty.
Title
20 hours of help per week
Child Care:
Help look after, educate and instruct children.
Teaching Sports:
Teach or help guests or local communities practice a new sport.
Teaching Languages:
Teach a language to guests or local communities.
What you get
2 days off per week
Shared Dorm:
You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.
Breakfast:
You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.
Lunch:
You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.
Dinner:
You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.
Pick Up:
We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Program Details
We offer English lessons, not only about the language, but we teach any kind of topic by using english to help the children and youth improve the language skills and to learn more about the world outside their community.
Activities & Shift
We teach 3-4 hours maximum per day between our project and public school. The rest of the day you can hang out with the kids around and people from our community. Or just have free time to explore or relax around :)
