An amazing, genuine and heart-warming stay. the farm was away working in Chiang Mai, so Mama Sao looked after my boyfriend and I during the stay. She is an incredibly kind woman. We met family from their village, fished on the farm and tried lots of local food. We stayed for only 2 days so were not able to experience all the activities available to a longer stay, for example the hot springs or weaving. Because it is rainy season, there was not as much manual labour to do on the farm either. We enjoyed the relax though and Mama Sao's company. We would definitely return to experience more!

Staying with Mumma and the farm has been one of the more enriching experiences ive ever had. Living with their family in the sweet stillness of Samoeng taught me so much about local craft and cuisine, and general farm maintenance and upkeep. Mama and the farm are thoughtful to your needs and capabilities. They ask for reasonable help and also treat you to adventure and play but they also give you space to enjoy on your own. This was a beautiful stay, id highly recommend.. just be prepared for some bugs around the farm with some wearable repellent. Id love to visit again, thank you!

There's so much to say about this beautiful farm and it's beautiful people. the farm and Mama Sao are the most welcoming, caring and loving people. They have a big beautiful family that we got to interact with daily. From fishing our dinner to waterfall hikes to delicious homemade food and treats, this place is so special. It feels as though my heart has opened ten fold since being here only a week. I absolutely recommend this place to get out of your comfort level, be immersed in nature and connect with yourself and locals in a whole new way. I hope I have the privilege of returning one day.

PapaSao and Mamasao are the sweetest person in the world, we love staying in the farm with them. It is mostly chilling and enjoying activities like fishing, weaving, hiking surrounded by nature and animals. We helped with the plantation in the farm but it's only 1/2 hours. I'll recommend this place definitely and you will appreciate even more Karen people and their culture ! Hope to come back one day 🫶🏻

The farm is an incredible person, always smiling with his guitar and spreading good energy. Even if he wasn't very present during our stay, we quickly grew attached to him and Mama Sao. She cooked us delicious meals from her farm and taught us how to make a traditional Karen bag. Because of the season, the work was light, so the stay was calm and relaxing. Life in the Thai countryside was very immersive, and we even attended a traditional Karen wedding. Thank you both, we wish you all the happiness in the world see you soon 🫰🏽✨🥰

Our stay on the farm's farm was relaxed and enjoyable. We mainly helped Mama Sao as the farm was away on business in the beginning. the farm and Mama Sao were both lovely and we enjoyed being around the farm life. We learnt some Thai and about Karen culture whilst we were there. That was super cool. We also walked to the waterfall, which was a nice spot to chill and even shower if you wanted. If you want to go to the hot springs during your stay, bring about 300 baht extra cash to pay for them. We didn't know beforehand so didn't bring the cash, but apparently they were really nice.

I can't express with words how nice it was to stay with the farm, Mama Sao and their family. Even if we only were for a week with them, we loved it so much. We'll come back soon, and let's hope that also again in the future! It is a peaceful farm, with a very local lifestyle, where you are going to be part of the family since the moment you arrive. The work is really relaxed and only when necessary. Mama's food is amazing and different everyday with what they harvest, and the farm is always ready for a chill night by the fire with the guitar. The puppies are lovely too! We miss them so much!

It's been the most memorable experience since I've been travelling! Mama and the farm are super kind, they treated me like family and taught me how Karen people really live. We had a lot of free time to explore, connect with other travelers and learn about sustainability and local comunities. I will really miss them a lot and I will definitely visit them in the future. I felt like home 🧡!

Staying with Mama and the farm felt like being part of their family. Our time was mostly spent with MamaSao, who is super kind and sweet. She cooked wonderful food for us that we had never tried before, like sticky rice in a bamboo stick. We spent our time spinning the yarn and sorting leaves for making brooms and sometimes weeding. PapaSao had a lot of interesting things to say and teach us, and even in such a short amount of time we learned a lot from him. We consider him a very smart and innovative man. We wish him and his wife the best, and we hope to see them again.

We truly loved our time at the farm and Mama Sao's farm. They are incredibly kind and do their best to make you feel comfortable and happy. We helped in the garden every morning and had the afternoons free. Mama Sao taught me how to make a bag using traditional weaving techniques, which was a really good experience. It is a wonderful place if you want to be surrounded by nature and take some time to rest.
