Karen is one of the sweetest and most wholesome human beings I have met. Spending time with her was an absolute treat. Her house is spectacular and cozy, and I deeply enjoyed my time here. She took me to several wonderful places when the weather was nice. The work was easy, flexible, and enjoyable. I had a lot of time to work on my personal projects after work and travel around Scotland during my free days. Life here was slow and peaceful and it was the perfect place to recharge.

Karen was an incredible host who was so inspiring, friendly and kind. It was a great 6 weeks where I got to really immerse myself in the local community and discover so many gorgeous parts of the West Coast and Highlands. Karen was like a best friend to me and we got to do so many lovely day trips together, cook and groove to amazing tunes, to working together to update her website and market her amazing art!
