Program Details

Our goal is to create an inclusive environment where people from around the world with a similar mindset can build lasting relationships. Families with children and people from minority groups (often LGBT) are welcome. We are bilingual in English and Spanish and meet through activities, food, play, relaxation and ceremony. We are happy to welcome volunteers from around the world without distinction of gender, place of origin, or age, as long as they are over 18 years old and willing to stay a minimum of two weeks.

Activities & Shift

Volunteers help 25 hours over 5 days a week, from 8:00 to 13:30, with a mid-morning break. Activities vary between maintaining communal spaces and pets, garden work, construction, reforestation, event support, etc. Additionally, each volunteer participates in the preparation of 2 or 3 meals per week or, alternatively, they can devote one hour of help to other activities. Activities are well organized and each day there is a guide in charge of accompanying the work. Meals are served at fixed times (breakfast 7:15, lunch 13:30, dinner 19:00).
