The experience

We are looking for a live in receptionist at our small but busy hostel in Sarajevo. We need a friendly, outgoing and caring individual to work on the reception desk. Your working week would be 5 x 6 hours shifts in exchange for a bed in a dorm, free internet and free access to our kitchen in order you to cook your own meals.

What you offer

32 hours of help per week

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Administration: Help with booking systems and payments.

Night Shift: Help with night shift tasks and create a relaxing environment for guests.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

What you get

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Free Tours: We’ll take you on tours and rides around town. For free!

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Beginner English or Beginner Croatian

Between 18 and 30 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)
