A limpeza é feita por 1/2 voluntários e geralmente não dura as 4h, principalmente qdo feito por 2 ou não tenha que limpar os quartos privados. Então sobra bastante tempo :) É ideal para quem não precise trabalhar ou trabalhe online (alguns escolhem esse tipo de destino para aproveitar o turismo, nesse caso, pergunte antes se é possível) Alguns pontos precisam melhorar pra q seja mais confortável, mas nada q vc não possa ficar o período mínimo e daí pode querer estender, inclusive. Aline está aberta a conversas e melhorando o hostel aos poucos. Tbm saímos algumas vezes e foi bem divertido!

Aline é uma ótima anfitriã, faz todos se sentirem a vontade, tivemos uma ótima relação e nos divertimos muito. Além dela conheci muitas pessoas que tornaram minha experiência leve e divertida. As tarefas são somente de limpeza, em alguns dias com mais demanda e em outros menos, depende das entradas e saídas dos hóspedes, da quantidade de pessoas que esta hospedada etc ... mas a carga horária sempre foi respeitada, e tinha outra voluntária então conseguíamos dividir as tarefas e ficava mais fácil. Consegui conhecer o hostel e Buzios, pessoas e experiências que vou levar pra sempre.

La experiencia en general fue buena, el Hostel se limpia en menos de 4 horas cuando no tenes Loft y suite, el problema es que al terminar antes la limpieza tenés que estar todo el día a disposición para cumplir las 4 horas, no se cuenta el tiempo a disposición del voluntariado si no que se cuenta por tarea, por lo cual no son horas de corrido y no podés irte a una playa muy lejos, no es el tipo de experiencia que estaba buscando, aún así Aline trato de ayudar con lo que estaba a su alcance, el desayuno es básico y las instalaciones también.

Aline é uma pessoa generosa e gosta de se divertir muito. Me deu vários presentes, incluindo um chocolate e até um bilhete de passeio de barco. O limpeza muitas vezes toma só 3 horas. Mas ela é bastante desorganizada com o trabalho. Poucas vezes contestou perguntas pelo fone, e muitas vezes deixou as coisas fora do seu lugar de modo que não podia as encontrar. Apenas quando cheguei me disse que teria que trocar de cama várias vezes, e até mudar para outra casa quando o hostel estiver cheio. Ao final me deixou ficar no hostel mas antes disso tivemos discussões desagradáveis sobre expetativas.

Essa experiência mudou minha visão sobre o voluntariar, senti que foi realmente uma troca, nao apenas uma prestação de serviço ❤️ Aline é uma pessoa super legal e companheira e foi motivo das minhas risadas diárias. O trabalho no hostel é simples e é totalmente possível fazer em menos de 4 horas. Com toda certeza eu voltaria mais mil vezes pra o hostel. o hostel sempre morará no meu coração ❤️
