Volunteering at LBS was such an incredible experience. I stayed for a whole month. The kids are so full of energy and open.
The teachers try their best every day to ensure the kids feel comfortable and are able to learn at their own pace.
The location is a bit further out from central Battambang, but the locals there are extremely friendly and kind. You can get around the area with a bicycle that is provided.
Overall, I really enjoyed it, and Salath and all the teachers at LBS are very welcoming and kind. I will definitely be back.

Volunteering at LBS school is a life changing experience. Salath's project is absolutely amazing. It gives a lot of children the opportunity to learn English while having a very enriching cultural exchange.
Volunteers are completely alone, with not much help. At the beginning of my stay I felt in need of some explanations about the school, the town, the culture, etc.
Still, If you are looking for an experience where you can immerse in a super interesting culture while contributing to a meaningful project, LBS school should be your next stop. I strongly recommend it.
