The experience
As a Worldpacker in the reception role, your day-to-day activities will be dynamic and centered around providing excellent customer service. You will be the first point of contact for guests, responsible for greeting them with a warm and welcoming attitude. Your tasks will include managing check-ins and check-outs, responding to guest inquiries, and handling reservations.

Program Details
We expect our Worldpackers to be proactive, friendly, and reliable. Good communication skills are essential, as you will be interacting with guests from diverse backgrounds. You should be organized, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and comfortable with basic office software or systems. Additionally, a positive attitude and willingness to help guests is key to making their stay memorable.

Activities & Shift
Shift Details:
Shift 1: Morning Shift
This shift involves the start of the day, handling most of the guest arrivals and ensuring that all preparations are in place for the day ahead.
Shift 2: Afternoon Shift
During this shift, you'll handle guest interactions, check-ins, check-outs, and ongoing support, making sure everything runs smoothly through the peak hours.
Shift 3: Night Shift
The evening shift focuses on managing late check-ins, handling emergency situations, and ensuring the reception area is ready for the next morning's guests. You may also assist with late-night departures and ensure the security of the premises.

Punctuality:
Be on time for your scheduled shifts. If you are unable to make it to your shift for any reason, inform your supervisor well in advance to ensure proper coverage.

Be open to flexible shifts or additional duties when required. Reception may sometimes require you to adjust to the needs of the business.
Positive Attitude:
