This was my first volunteer work in another country and i had an amazing experience. Hanh and her son are amazing and really cares about the volunteers. She really cares about making an impact in her community by making sure everyone has an opportunity to learn english. Since the beginning I was warmly welcomed and I instantly felt at home. The kids are full of energy and curious, and talking and playing with them was a blast. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone who enjoys speaking and playing. I would love to come back if I get the opportunity again!!

I had an amazing experience. Hanh is a wonderful host that really cares about making an impact in her community. Since the beginning I was warmly welcomed and I instantly felt at home. Hanh made it possible for me to immerge my self and get to know the Vietnamese culture. The kids are very affectionate and curious, and talking and playing with them was so much fun! I would highly recommend this experience to anyone that loves being with kids and wants to discover more about the vietnamese culture☺️

A unique experience! If you enjoy teaching and spending time with children, this is the perfect place. The family are incredibly friendly, make it very easy to settle in, and are always happy to chat and spend time with you. This experience really gives you the chance to see what life is like in Vietnam and add a real value.

It was a truly beautiful experience. The children were all so sweet and curious, and I really enjoyed spending time with them and sharing special moments together. The host and her son are incredibly kind and welcoming, and she is also an amazing cook! I also had the chance to spend time with the host's friends and their children, which made everything even more special and enjoyable. I'm really grateful for this experience and will always remember it fondly. :)

My time with this host was absolutely exceptional. She goes above and beyond for her students and is truly making an impact in the community and also in education. Chu strives to create a positive learning environment for the children to speak English. She is an amazing person. I loved spending my time here and with her and her son. This was the best experience I have ever had. I learned so much from Chu and her son. The students are so bright and eager to learn. It was a pleasure to be able to sit in the classroom with them and speak and practice English. I already miss them so much.

We had a great weekend! We had a lot of fun with all the kids playing games and talking english. It was also nice to do some other things inthe home in the evening with local friends from the host.

An amazing experience with Chu and her many kids! The community that is created by her and the other families was heart filling. I left with so many fun memories, was immersed in true Vietnamese culture, and taken care of with so much love. I hope to go back and see Chu and all the children again before my time in Vietnam comes to an end!

Hayley and her friend Ayla are really a good volunteer for children here. They help my children so much. They play and take care of my children, my students. I hope you can know more about Vietnam as well as Vietnamese people here. Miss you all

Chu is an amazing teacher and as volunteer you need to interact with the kids - don't worry about preparing classes she is in charge of it and just expects you to talk to them. It's a bit challenging because they are very shy and you need to use translator to keep talking with them, so always encourage them to try! She cooks great meals and also invites you to hang out with other local kids. It's worth it to go for some days for sure! I learned a lot with her and felt very inspired for what she does. Would recommend 🤍

I could not have had a more wonderful time volunteering with Hanh. She is so hardworking and committed to helping her students. She also always made sure that I was comfortable and got to experience local food and traditions. I had so much fun talking to and drawing with the her students, who are so adorable, and playing with her son. I was given plenty of time to relax and explore the city and lots of flexibility for how much time I wanted to spend with the children. I can't recommend this volunteering experience enough and I hope to be back one day! ❤️❤️

My favourite volunteer experience yet, I hope to come back one day. Hanh is an incredibly hard working teacher and amazing host who organised trips and activities on most days, encouraging me to learn more about Vietnamese culture and history while helping the children practice their conversational English. The work is simply talking to the children and in return for your own room and delicious home cooked meals, it's hard to beat. I highly recommend this volunteer experience!!
