Description

I often offer a private room for my volunteer to ensure about safety, private and freedom. I know that you can live together with my family to share room. But my volunteers really want to stay like at their house. You will have free meals with my family and spend time with my children.

The Experience

I live in Bac Giang city, 60km far from Hanoi Capital, known for its rich cultural heritage and natural beauty. The province is famous for its agricultural products, especially lychees, which are highly regarded both domestically and internationally. We host foreigners every weekend during school year and all summer holiday. We want our children to exchange culture with different people around the world. Warmly welcome you to my house.

This was my first volunteer work in another country and i had an amazing experience. Hanh and her son are amazing and really cares about the volunteers. She really cares about making an impact in her community by making sure everyone has an opportunity to learn english. Since the beginning I was warmly welcomed and I instantly felt at home. The kids are full of energy and curious, and talking and playing with them was a blast. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone who enjoys speaking and playing. I would love to come back if I get the opportunity again!!

I had an amazing experience. Hanh is a wonderful host that really cares about making an impact in her community. Since the beginning I was warmly welcomed and I instantly felt at home. Hanh made it possible for me to immerge my self and get to know the Vietnamese culture. The kids are very affectionate and curious, and talking and playing with them was so much fun! I would highly recommend this experience to anyone that loves being with kids and wants to discover more about the vietnamese culture☺️

If you enjoy teaching and spending time with children, this is the perfect place.
The family are incredibly friendly, make it very easy to settle in, and are always happy to chat and spend time with you.
This experience really gives you the chance to see what life is like in Vietnam and add a real value.

My time with this host was absolutely exceptional. She goes above and beyond for her students and is truly making an impact in the community and also in education. Chu strives to create a positive learning environment for the children to speak English. She is an amazing person. I loved spending my time here, with her and her son. This was the best experience I have ever had. I learned so much from Chu and her son. The students are so bright and eager to learn. It was a pleasure to be able to sit in the classroom with them and speak and practice English. I already miss them so much.
