We are a small local surf school “bocassurfsessions “ based inside Klika Hostel in Bocas del Toro. Our goal is to share the surf lifestyle and help travelers experience the ocean through surf lessons, board rentals, and surf trips around the islands.
We’re looking for friendly volunteers to help a few hours a day in exchange for shared accommodation, surfboards, and surf lessons, while enjoying the relaxed Caribbean surf vibe.
25 hours of help per week
Administration: Help with booking systems and payments.
Night Shift: Help with night shift tasks and create a relaxing environment for guests.
Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.
2 days off per week
Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.
