Such a beautiful place, I couldn't help smiling in the morning when I walked outside and saw the mountain view 😊

The lodge is a very welcoming place surrounded by beautiful mountains. It has a lovely restaurant/hostel and a beautiful garden, so there's plenty to do to explore your skills and creativity. On a personal level, we formed a close friendship with Kelley and spent many wonderful moments with her. We are very grateful for this beautiful experience and hope to see you again.

Starting out, the experience didn't quite match what I expected, but I was happy that when I brought up my concerns we were able to come to a happy compromise. The Inn and the surrounding area are absolutely stunning, and it was amazing to be shown around Caraz. We also got a discount on a trip to the beautiful Lake 69!

I had a great time staying at the lodge, Kelly the host was always kind and attentive that I have treks to do, or activities during my free time, overall that I have a good experience while staying there. You have plenty of vegetables and food that you can use to prepare your meals, and Kelly is always making sure that you have a healthy recipe to cook. Regarding to the work, it's pretty decent considering the amount of tasks and how busy the bar/restaurant can get, so you have to be ready to face unexpected situations, which can be a good challenge to use your skills and develop new ones.

I didn't realize until Alayna asking me to comment, that I was suppose to comment again here. Apologies to other hosts looking to find out more. Andrés is a super considerate and conscientious person. You made for a super volunteer and person to have around the place! Happy Trails!
