Hi, there fellow travelers :) We are excited to welcome you to our place and city of Hvar! You will feel right at home here and will meet other like-minded travelers who want to have a great time on Hvar, the most popular island in Croatia.
Our hostel is very social place and has a laid-back, fun atmosphere and it is the perfect place to absorb all that this special island has to offer. Hvar is a fairy-tale city with a rich history, stunning architecture and nature, fresh, delicious cuisine, and vibrant nightlife that goes until dawn so you'll never be bored :)

This was such a great experience. If you have ever wondered what it would be like to live and work on a beautiful island this is a great way to find out. Hvar is an experience and I really look forward to coming back. Dink and Luca are a blast to work for and work with. They respect hours, are very friendly and communicate very well. I will miss everyone I worked with on a personal level. Hvar holds a place in my heart as the best time in my life.

Jared was awesome team player and very social toward staff and amazing social/night guide taking care of our guests and making them feel like a part of our little Dink's family. He was doing so many activities like hiking, cliff jumping, hostel pub crawls and everyone loved it! Thanks for everything little bro and hope to have you back next season. The best place! The staff are amazing and fun and always listen if you have any concerns. The work is straightforward and explained really well , I would 100% recommend volunteering here :)

Sinead is a true gem, beautiful soul and colleague always there to help and she's very proactive, professional, tidy and fast learner. My experience in Dinks place was amazing! Great place, lovely team!
Main task was reception and I learned so much about it! I felt like a home here and the town of Hvar is an absolute delight! Worth visiting
I recommend this place for future volunteers, no doubt about it 😁

We are so lucky to have an opportunity to work and live with Daniela. She's an amazing human being, colleague and a friend! Daniela is true professional and team player in doing everything. From reception back and front office tasks, team organizing to housekeeping and maintaining tasks and she is always there to help with everything. There are not enough words to express how grateful we are and in how many ways she helped us and blessed us with her calm and positive attitude towards everything.
