We are the best accommodation providers on Gran Canaria and probably on Canary islands. We are proud of making possible stay i this Surf City for everyone.
We are working already 5 years on the market. We want to make possible for young people travel and have a good time, as also learn new things.
We are easy going but of course when we work we work. When there is time to have fun we DO have good fun:) We love to share being in the hostel with other so also you need to be open to other guests and helpers

This experience was absolutely amazing. The hostel is very clean and has everything you need and more (seriously, so many fun things just lying around), might be the most beautiful place you will live in! The work is very well structured and very chill and the manager is the nicest person ever. It always felt like being a part of a little family running a cute house with some cool people staying over. Apart from work you will spend your time on the beach, surfing and watching sunsets on the terrace. Would not change a single thing and I'm already planning to come back.

Volunteering at HiTide Hostel was an amazing experience! Staying in a hostel next to the sea, having a family of other volunteers with you, meeting new people from all over the world every day, having a clear and structured work schedule and on top of that exploring the different ways of the island, surfing, surf skating, paragliding or enjoying the sun on the terrace!
My first experience as a volunteer couldn't be better, thanks to Max the manager, the other great volunteers and all the guests I got to meet <3

Hitide was the perfect first volunteering experience. The tasks are simple and the shifts are clearly laid out and the schedule is also given to you a month in advance which makes planning other activities really easy. The location is insane, right on the beach with the most gorgeous sea view from the rooftop terrace and a short walking distance from ANYTHING you might need. The Island itself is also beautiful with both beaches and mountains. Overall, it was the best 2 months and I already miss the hostel and the incredible people I met there❤️ shoutout to max for letting me extend my stay!😎

Gran Canaria welcomed me into a diverse and welcoming community, my "worldpacker family." The well-structured work environment respected hours, giving time for both work and exploration. Our seafront accommodation offered breathtaking views, and the people I met became lifelong friends. From pristine beaches to vibrant nightlife, it was an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended!
