Jolly Club is a small club for kids to improve Speaking and listening English. They are poor at English words. But They really want to learn English. I would like volunteers come to help me and them. When volunteers help me, I pay food and accommodation. Sometimes we go sigghtseeing together by motobike. Ha giang is a moutainous place and beautiful. we are preparing for Halloween, so I need more volunteers help my students how to experience a bout it. They never do it before. Thanks for that.
I am an English teacher, i have taught English for 17 years. I love teaching English and kids. Ha giang is my hometown where I want to live all my life. I got married 3 years ago. I have a daughter, she is 2 years old.

Unique experience.If you want to explore Vietnam surely is not the ideal as it’s 7 hours by bus from Hanoi and ha Giang is not a city that you have things to do as in the morning is insanely hot and at night everything closes at 10,but if you want to communicate with locals,learn how they live and truly understand the Vietnamese culture,then is the place to be. Nhung is an excellent host and good boss and she tried to help us with our stay.So bottom line is if you want a place to clear your mind and some peaceful time with yourself then it’s the place to be.Don’t expect nightlife and parties

rose the host name is nungh but we call her rose.
the place is good to stay for short term.
as ha giang is far from hanoi around 7 - 8 hrs.
people who likes to enjoy night life in Vietnam can miss that feeling in ha giang because everything closes around 10 PM OR 10:30 PM
SHE IS GREAT HOST TO STAY WITH IM HA GIANG AND SHE BRINGS YOU WHATEVER YOU NEED DURING THE STAY.
I HAD AMAZING TIME HERE AND WILL COME FOR PEACE OF MIND HERE AGAIN.

Staying at Jolly English Club was a really nice experience! The dormitory has some big single beds, a kitchen where you can cook your own food (Nhung buys the produce for you on the market), and a bathroom, and Nhung herself and her family are very nice. Teaching is fun but unfortunately, the students most of the time still need someone to translate a lot of the things thought to them. I myself didn't learn much but I had the chance to explore the landscape around Ha Giang and also to share some meals with Nhung and her family.

Nhung is an amazing host! I can say I had some of my best days of Vietnam travel while I was staying at the jolly club. I was always treated as a part of the family and always included in everything.
The children are amazing to interact with and really eager to learn. Everyone is really friendly and accommodating. The classes are really fun as a teacher.
I would 100% recommend this for anyone who is checking it out!.
