Volunteering at the school exceeded all my expectations. The children were lovely, eager to learn and made every lesson a joy. Tailoring lessons to different age groups was a rewarding challenge. The vegan meals were surprisingly delicious, and the flexibility with shopping added freshness to our meals. The simple accommodation was a comfortable retreat after busy days. But what truly made it exceptional was the warm community of dedicated volunteers and supportive staff. My time there was truly unforgettable.

Volunteering at the school exceeded my expectations. Anish and Maya have incorporated volunteer teachers into the vision they have for the school, so I felt as if my work made a real impact on the children. The teaching schedule is flexible - they listen to volunteer preference when assigning us to different students, class ages, and subjects. The volunteer accommodations are adequate, with personal bedrooms, a small common space, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a nice front-porch area. On the weekends, I was able to take trips around Kerala. The school food is delicious too!

I had the most amazing time volunteering in the school. The work hours were fair, and the students simply the best. I appreciated that us volunteers had freedom to use our own talents and interests and free hands to teach the students what we wanted to share. I taught yoga, meditation and arts and crafts. The whole school is beautiful and the volunteer house local but spacious and comfortable. Anish and the whole family are extremely welcoming, and you feel at home and part of the family. The local teachers are also very welcoming, though there were sometimes language barrier challenges.

My experience as a volunteer in the school lived up to my expectations. I had never teach children before, the whole team (teacher, director, etc.) was there to help me do my daily tasks better. The house they provide us with is clean and spacious.

I had a really nice experience at the school, so joyful, funny and also challenging sometimes, i loved that! I received a really warm welcome from every one around it, from the kids, teachers, neighbors, just everyone made me feel like in home, Nani!🙏 unfortunately I needed to leave 2 weeks before for a special case, so I couldn't join them as much as I would like to....i really appreciate your attention at any time, thank you all of you to share this beautiful experience 🍃 Hope to see you soon again❤️

The school is a very special place, from the first moment they made me feel at home, each and every one of the people who are part of this project are beautiful human beings. Very attentive, and dedicated to the project they carry out. A wonderful experience that I will never forget, the children are precious, adorable, I already miss everyone at school. If I could have, I would have stayed longer working together with everyone who is an exemplary group of people. I highly recommend it, it is a very enriching experience.
