Trabalhar com o hostel foi incrível e eu não poderia recomendá-lo mais. Trabalhei como guia turístico, então metade dos meus turnos era dedicada a sediar atividades e a outra metade trabalhava na recepção. Sanja e Mia foram incríveis e estavam sempre lá para responder a qualquer pergunta e ajudar onde puderam. As horas eram exatamente como descritas e as tarefas eram relativamente simples. Todo mundo foi tão acolhedor e amigável e eu tive o melhor tempo em Hvar.

Foi a melhor experiência de todas! Minha primeira experiência de voluntariado não poderia ter sido melhor. A equipe foi incrível. Sanja, Mia e Sabri são incríveis e super gentis, e os outros voluntários tornaram a experiência ainda melhor. Fiz tantas memórias ótimas e conheci tantas pessoas especiais! Hvar é incrível. O mar é tão claro, e se você gosta de nadar e de praias, este é o lugar para você. Realmente gostei do trabalho; passei um ótimo tempo trabalhando na recepção. No geral, foi uma experiência tão especial e eu definitivamente a recomendo! 💛

Honestly, this place was a dream. 💛 The work was great, but the people made it truly special. We started as coworkers and ended up as friends and family. They made me feel at home from day one. I loved working at reception, meeting people from all over the world and becoming more confident. The relaxed schedule also let me explore the whole island. I came here scared and I'm leaving with the biggest smile, already wanting to come back. 🥹 100% recommend! P.S. Sanja, the best manager I could have asked for! 💛

Esta foi a minha primeira experiência de voluntariado e, honestamente, foi incrível! O trabalho é fácil, flexível e apenas algumas horas por dia, então você tem muito tempo livre para aproveitar o local e fazer o que quiser. O albergue também fica em uma ótima localização. Mas a melhor parte com certeza foram as pessoas. Sanja e toda a equipe me fizeram sentir muito bem-vindo e foram super pacientes com meu inglês. Conheci pessoas incríveis, criei memórias inesquecíveis e tive tantos momentos divertidos que acabei ficando bem mais tempo do que o planejado. Obrigado por tornar essa experiência tão especial!❤️

Sem dúvida alguma uma experiência incrível, recomendo amplamente a qualquer pessoa que esteja pensando em realizar este voluntariado, que toma a decisão de ir, principalmente se procuram uma experiência longe da cidade; é uma ilha mágica e, sobretudo, o tratamento com a responsável (Sanja) é maravilhoso. Eles tratam todos os voluntários muito bem e respeitam muito o seu tempo de trabalho. Só tenho palavras de agradecimento para este voluntariado.

White rabbit hostel é realmente um lugar incrível!! Ele tem a localização perfeita e é limpo e bonito. As tarefas eram fáceis, limpeza e recepção. Tudo que você precisa está lá e todo mundo é realmente gentil e acolhedor. A equipe e outros voluntários fizeram com que a estadia fosse realmente incrível. 100% recomendo. I had an amazing time volunteering at the hostel in Hvar, Croatia! From the moment I got there, Sanja, the manager, and the whole team made me feel right at home. Mia, Sabrina, Yuliana, Sebastian, and Davor, our night guardian, were all fantastic and made the experience so much fun. Working with them taught me a lot about teamwork in a hostel. They were always supportive and made every task enjoyable. I loved how they interacted with guests and each other—it really inspired me! And let's talk about Hvar! The island is pure paradise. Would love to come back soon!

This was my first volunteering experience, and I am so grateful that it was at the hostel! I stayed with 6 other wonderful volunteers/ staff, and since it was low season (May) we stayed in the biggest room in the hostel. We also got our own kitchen/ area at the hostel. It was a very nice and clean, and everyone had their personal space. I worked in the reception which was super easy to learn, and it was very relaxed since it is a small hostel. Both the team manager and the owner were incredibly inviting and friendly. The manager was very flexible when it came to the schedule.
