Working with the team at the hostel was amazing and I couldn't recommend it more. I worked as a tour guide so half my shifts were spent hosting activities and half working at reception. Sanja and Mia were amazing and were always there to answer any questions and help out where they could. The hours were exactly as described and the tasks were relatively simple. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly and I had the best time in Hvar.

Sanja, Mia, and Sabri are incredible and super kind, and the other volunteers made the experience even better. I made so many great memories and met so many special people! Hvar is amazing. The sea is so clear, and if you like swimming and beaches, this is the place for you. I really enjoyed the work I had a great time working at the reception. Overall, it was such a special experience and I definitely recommend it! 💛

Honestly, this place was a dream. 💛 The work was great, but the people made it truly special. We started as coworkers and ended up as friends and family. They made me feel at home from day one. I loved working at reception, meeting people from all over the world and becoming more confident. The relaxed schedule also let me explore the whole island. This was my first volunteering experience and it was honestly amazing! The work is easy, flexible, and only a few hours a day, so you have plenty of free time to enjoy the place and do whatever you want. the hostel is also in a great location. But the best part was definitely the people. Sanja and the whole team made me feel very welcome and were super patient with my English. I met amazing people, made unforgettable memories, and had so many fun moments that I ended up extending my stay much longer than planned. Thank you for making this experience so special!❤️

White rabbit hostel is truly an amazing place!! It has the perfect location and is clean and beautiful. The tasks were easy, cleaning and reception. Everything you need is there and everyone is really kind and welcoming. Staff and other volunteers made the stay really amazing. 100% recommend. Thank you Sanja, Mia and Sabri❣️🐰

I had an amazing time volunteering at the hostel in Hvar, Croatia! From the moment I got there, Sanja, the manager, and the whole team made me feel right at home. Mia, Sabrina, Yuliana, Sebastian, and Davor, our night guardian, were all fantastic and made the experience so much fun. Working with them taught me a lot about teamwork in a hostel. They were always supportive and made every task enjoyable. I loved how they interacted with guests and each other—it really inspired me! And let's talk about Hvar! The island is pure paradise. Would love to come back soon!

This was my first volunteering experience, and I am so grateful that it was at the hostel! I stayed with 6 other wonderful volunteers/ staff, and since it was low season (May) we stayed in the biggest room in the hostel. We also got our own kitchen/ area at the hostel. It was a very nice and clean, and everyone had their personal space. I worked in the reception which was super easy to learn, and it was very relaxed since it is a small hostel. Both the team manager and the owner were incredibly inviting and friendly. The manager was very flexible when it came to the schedule.

The hostel is an amazing hostel! Great volunteers, workers, manager and guests. I got to meet many solo travelers and made some great new friends. If you enjoy a social environment, lots of energy and to connect with lots of different people I would really recomend this position. I stayed in the hostel, you share a spacious room with the other volunteers. Other than that you share bathroom and kitchen with the guests. I worked exclusively in the reception. The job is easy to manage and the other volunteers and manager Sanja was very helpful if you had any questions.
