A Experiência

I am looking for an easy-going, like-minded and reliable person to help around in the house for a minimum of 3 months stay. Some tasks will be gardering, welcoming new colivers, maintaining the house clean and preparing rooms. What will you get? Free single bed in a shared room of 4 beds, veggies from the farmers market, daily breakfast, workshops and activities, brunchs, dinners in community, between others

I had a short but really wonderful stay the host. It's a beautiful place if you like hiking and going to the beach. Rebecca and Maria are really nice hosts and they care a lot that everybody feels well in the hostel💚 As it was low season there were not so many guests but therefore it felt like a small family, especially during the fun community events like family dinner or beach volleyball. I had a really nice time!

The host Colicing is such a warm hearted place. Everyone is open, friendly and helping each other. This community is really like a family. Maria a great host. She is very organised, gives a lot of freedom( so you can explore the Island) and offers a lot. The tasks were easy to implement and as volunteers we were respected like everyone else.

I spent 4 months in the host which was truly an enjoyable summer experience to remember. I met international travellers, like-minded weirdos, outdoorsy adventurers, and inspiring souls. I recommend this place 100% if you like to do mild house chores, follow recipes to cook simple meals, organise activities, share experiences with others, and if you are digital savvy. Most communication and work are connected to 2 online platforms that volunteers are required to use during their stay. As for the cooking, I didn't have to cook much, so maybe I wouldn't recommend it if you like cooking a lot.

I had the best time in the host and can recommend it 1000%! The house is beautiful, there are so many nice areas in the house to chill or to work, everything is clean and the shared room is very spacious. Maria is an amazing host! The shifts are very organized and the work is fun and diverse. You will meet so many amazing people during your stay. There are also a lot of activities to do in your free time such as organized activities with a local guide or with the other guests and volunteers. :) I had the best time and miss the host already!
