Minha estadia no hotel foi incrível. As atividades são muito tranquilas, nem parece que estava "trabalhando" por ser tão divertido e leve. O pessoal é como uma família, fui muito acolhida. O lugar é lindo, a vibe é demais, os viajantes que passam por lá são jovens e divertidos. Não poderia ter sido melhor! Shout out to Carlos, o gerente, muito atencioso e solícito, sempre disponível pra ajudar e interessado e ouvir sugestões e ideias.

My experience at the hotel Hostel was truly incredible from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. It was so much fun organizing and participating in events like the pub crawl. We had an absolute blast dancing at multiple bars and clubs with the group of guests. I would like to give a special shoutout to Carlos and the entire the hotel team for their outstanding hospitality and dedication to creating a vibrant and inclusive atmosphere. They truly made my stay unforgettable.

Volunteering at the hotel was an amazing experience! Carlos (the manager) was so nice, and easy going. The work was very straight forward, basically just running the social events and socializing with guests, with lots of free time every day. The volunteer room is very nice and cozy with AC, but does not have its own bathroom. The shower the volunteers use is in the main kitchen space and does not offer a lot of privacy but it's manageable. The rest of the staff was also so friendly. They helped me a lot with my Spanish, and I helped them with English. I loved my time here!!
