My stay at Bambudas was truly special! The facilities were incredibly nice and always well-kept. The hours you are expected to work are very few, and the tasks are genuinely fun. I had plenty of time to explore the hotel or simply relax. It's close to the hotel but in a quiet area. The kitchen, bar, and wait staff are incredible people who I will never forget. Special shoutout to Engel, Josue, Eric, and Joshua for always being so kind, supportive, and friendly. Overall, it is a very nice hostel, and I would highly recommend staying here! This volunteering opportunity is perfect for a social individual who is interested in getting to know other travellers & bringing them together through welcome drinks, local activities, and building genuine connections. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and enjoyed my time at the hostel. The communication could have been a bit more clear at times but overall the expectations were communicated and I understood my duties as a volunteer. Carlos, Engel and Carmen were great mentors and were also very understanding of the unique situation I was in. Overall, I would recommend this volunteer program.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, especially Dimas, Eric, Josue, Adriana, Angie, Edgar, Fedalina, and Joshua. The activities we host are super fun and allows plenty of free time to lounge by the ocean, explore the hotel, and go on excursions. We had incentives to get good reviews and had a lot of fun getting to know the guests through welcome drinks, pub crawls, and carribean dinners. I loved waking up everyday to the ocean view!

I had an amazing experience at the hotel! The only thing was at first the communication wasn't good and had to figure out the activities and everything on my own but other than that it's amazing. The location is perfect to relax by the beach or party. Everyone who works here from the managers to the restaurant and cleaning staff are incredible! The room and bathroom is also nice and comfy.

My month at the hotel was absolutely unforgetable. The staff was so welcoming and definitely helped me settle in pretty quickly. The activities that I had to organize were a lot of fun, despite it being low season. The work itself was very fair, and the hostel itself was beautiful, but the ability to easily connect to the staff and the locals who frequented the restaurant made my stay even more memorable. Could not recommend this experience enough!

My experience at the hotel Hostel was truly incredible from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. It was so much fun organizing and participating in events like the pub crawl. We had an absolute blast dancing at multiple bars and clubs with the group of guests. I would like to give a special shoutout to Carlos and the entire the hotel team for their outstanding hospitality and dedication to creating a vibrant and inclusive atmosphere. Volunteering at the hotel was an amazing experience! Carlos (the manager) was so nice, and easy going. The work was very straight forward, basically just running the social events and socializing with guests, with lots of free time every day. The volunteer room is very nice and cozy with AC, but does not have its own bathroom. The shower the volunteers use is in the main kitchen space and does not offer a lot of privacy but it's manageable. The rest of the staff was also so friendly. They helped me a lot with my Spanish, and I helped them with English. I loved my time here!!

Minha estadia no hotel foi incrível. As atividades são muito tranquilas, nem parece que estava "trabalhando" por ser tão divertido e leve. O pessoal é como uma família, fui muito acolhida. O lugar é lindo, a vibe é demais, os viajantes que passam por lá são jovens e divertidos. Não poderia ter sido melhor!
