A família do lar é incrivelmente acolhedora e me fez sentir em casa. Os filhos adultos de Mirian e Ringo, Seba (Sebastian) e Vero (Veronica), e Mirian falam inglês e espanhol. Tive um quarto privado e confortável e compartilhei o banheiro do andar de cima com Seba. Mirian e Vero me ajudaram a planejar atividades divertidas como caiaque e visitar os Humedais do Iberá. Minha experiência em Goya foi incrível. Miriam e sua família foram incrivelmente acolhedores e muito dispostos a ajudar o tempo todo. No que diz respeito ao ensino, cada aluno que ensinei estava ansioso para aprender e tentar manter uma conversa comigo. O instituto é um projeto tão brilhante, e o que mais admiro é a constante motivação para melhorar os métodos de ensino para torná-los o mais confortáveis e eficazes possível para os alunos. Recomendo totalmente aos viajantes que passem por lá, vale muito a pena!

Passei 2 semanas em uma casa de família cheia de risos e amor. O tempo no instituto foi super flexível e gratificante. Se você procura se imergir no estilo de vida argentino e conhecer pessoas locais, eu recomendaria muito esta experiência.

Nosso tempo com Mirian e sua família foi incrível, estamos muito gratos pelas duas semanas que passamos com eles. Sentimo-nos tão bem-vindos e apreciados desde o momento em que chegamos, o trabalho foi flexível, e a casa em si era encantadora. Mirian é incrivelmente gentil e generosa; não apenas conosco como voluntários, mas com o tempo e o cuidado que ela dedica aos estudantes do instituto. Ela e todos os professores incríveis são tão maravilhosos! Adoramos participar das aulas de inglês; conversar com os alunos e compartilhar conhecimentos com eles cada dia. Obrigado por nos receberem, sentiremos saudades de todos vocês! xx

It is amazing how you can sometimes travel to the other part of the world and meet such like-minded people. We could talk for hours in English and Spanish even though my level of Spanish hardly reaches B1. It is amazing to see such a friendly and coherent family, so devoted to their institute, their mission. And also it was such a pleasure to see the faces of the students, who regardless of the financial hardships the country is facing, still have time and resources for education and self development. I am truly blessed to have had this experience as my first volunteering!

We really enjoyed our stay here, the family was incredibly kind and welcoming for the whole stay. While working at the english institute every teacher there was very enthusiastic and excited to teach and learn english. Our accommodation was also very nice, we had a private room and bathroom with ac that worked effectively. They cooked every meal for us and accommodated for our vegetarianism. I very much recommend applying!

Our stay here was amazing! They are the kindest most welcoming and loving family with the cutest dogs and cat🥰🥰The english institute we helped at is wonderful, Miriam and Vero work so hard and are amazing at what they do. The accomodation they gave us was very nice, with our own bathroom and much needed AC😂Even though they weren't vegetarian themselves, they would cook us veggie food everyday and we learnt lots of new recipes😋They became family to us and we are so grateful for this experience ❤️❤️

This experience changed the course of my life. The family is so incredibly lovely and warm and truly made me feel comfortable and like I was part of the family. I learned so much about teaching English and am now pursuing a career in teaching. I am so grateful for this opportunity to meet Goya, this family, and the students. I recommend this volunteer opportunity to anyone with a passion for sharing language and culture

We stayed with Miriam, Vero and Ringo for 10 days at their lovely house. They are the most kind hearted family I've ever come across. They make you feel so welcome and part of the family. During our time we visited 3 different schools where Miriam works at. This was an amazing experience as all the schools are different and we spent time learning how Miriam and Vero teach their students. We also spent time meeting all the students and involving ourselves into the lessons. This was an unforgettable experience. They really treated us so well with amazing food and company.
