Fiz o meu melhor para me adaptar a essa experiência, mas havia muitas comodidades básicas ausentes. Não havia pia, e eu não consegui descansar adequadamente. O alojamento e as condições gerais da casa não ofereciam um ambiente habitável. As aulas também estavam mal organizadas, e testemunhei professores gritando com os alunos e até chutando-os fisicamente, o que achei profundamente perturbador e inaceitável. Além disso, o anfitrião pediu que eu saísse por questões relacionadas ao meu gênero, o que me fez sentir discriminado(a) e inseguro(a). Por essas razões, não posso recomendar esta experiência.

Volunteering here was a great experience. The work is easy and the schedule is light, you only work a few hours a day. That said, teaching the kids can be intense because they're so energetic, but it's also a lot of fun and very rewarding. The host is extremely kind and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. One thing that could be improved is the accommodation, but overall it's a positive and enjoyable experience.

My volunteering experience with Rosie was overall good. The whole family is lovely and welcoming, and she's a good cook! The job will be mainly about very young kids (sometimes even too young!) and, although they'll be very friendly and funny, it can get kinda repetitive. Also the working hours are very well respected, even fewer than what announced, but sometimes you'll know about your shift only the day before. Anyway, I was treated very well, and if I'll come back to Vietnam one day, I hope to visit them!
