I really loved teaching English at the host. I had a lot of freedom to choose what and how I want to teach. I really loved all the workshop that we held such as "Song Club", "Vocabulary", "Role Play" was veryfun to see how students apply what they have learned in classes. But my favorite was "Game Room". the host also offers very comfortable accommodation for its volunteers, which was very lovely. The working hours are mostly from 4pm to 8pm at the school, but you will also be working online some days. They are very accommodating. Thank you for such a wonderful opportunity!

Eu tive uma experiência realmente ótima voluntariando com o host em Arequipa. A equipe foi extremamente acolhedora, e os outros voluntários foram incríveis — um agradecimento a todos vocês por tornar esta experiência tão especial 🫶 O papel principal era ensinar inglês por 4 horas por dia à tarde/noite. Ocasionalmente, houve algumas tarefas adicionais, como ajudar com vídeos de promoção. Houve momentos em que trabalhei mais do que o originalmente informado no Worldpackers, mas fiquei feliz em fazê-lo. Definitivamente recomendaria esta oportunidade; eu me diverti muito!

Ótima oportunidade para ensinar e uma atmosfera tão boa entre os colegas! Infelizmente, do ponto de vista organizacional, não houve orientação suficiente, o que gerou problemas diários com o agendamento/ensino e tornou tudo desagradável. A equipe é receptiva, então esperamos que melhorias permanentes estejam em vigor.

Passei um ótimo mês ensinando com o anfitrião! A escola está bem organizada, a comunicação antes da chegada e durante a estadia foi ótima, e a equipe é super fofa! E, é claro, um verdadeiro destaque foi ter meu próprio quarto e banheiro durante a estadia, algo raro para mochileiros ;) Foi difícil partir no final do mês, recomendaria isso a outros nativos de inglês que estejam procurando se estabelecer e passar um tempo em Arequipa!

Great place! You don't to be native to be accepted. The Staff is lovely, very warm, always with the smile and here to help. I felt really welcome. It's 4 hours per days ( Also Saturday morning ) different workshops, music, vocabulary etc... The school already have a lot of pre-documents to do with the students. So you don't really need to prepare everything. The students are super nice and respectful. The place is really well located and you will share a flat with another volunteer. Private bathroom, Private room. Super nice place at 5min from the school. I really recommend it !!!

I had an great experience with the host. They were really well organised and were really welcoming and communicative with me before I started. I really enjoyed meeting the team and got to know a lot of staff and students during my time there. Thank you for a great placement.
