Acabei de passar o melhor verão na Hostelle! Reservar um hostel apenas para mulheres foi definitivamente a melhor decisão. Realmente apreciei a forma como o trabalho foi organizado: a carga de trabalho era justa, o gerente era flexível, e tínhamos muita liberdade para organizar eventos e criar conteúdo para as redes sociais. Mas o mais importante foi que foi uma experiência humana incrível em um ambiente tão acolhedor e divertido. Conhecer hóspedes de todo o mundo todos os dias, compartilhar a experiência com outros voluntários, e contar com o apoio de uma equipe de recepção tão gentil tornou toda a experiência realmente especial 🌟

No geral, tive uma ótima experiência de voluntariado. A melhor parte foi definitivamente as pessoas que conheci; fiz amigos incríveis com os outros voluntários, e Ashley e Brandy na recepção foram sempre tão gentis, acolhedoras e prestativas. A carga de trabalho pareceu justa no geral, embora não tenhamos obtido os dois dias de folga listados na plataforma, e você pode ser contatado ocasionalmente no seu dia de folga. Como viajante solo, eu pessoalmente não me senti muito segura na área; houve alguns incidentes de segurança por causa da localização do albergue que me fizeram sentir insegura, especialmente trabalhando à noite.

I'm incredibly grateful for this experience! This was my first time volunteering with Worldpackers, and everything went so nicely. The female-only hostel environment is amazing, and the team was always kind and communicative. The workload was fair and well-balanced, giving me plenty of free time to explore the city and enjoy my stay. All tasks were clearly explained and easy to manage, and I especially appreciated the creative freedom we had when it came to organizing events and creating content. I had a really lovely experience volunteering here! The work exchange was well-structured with weekly feedback that kept everything clear and organized. I enjoyed being able to suggest and host our own events and also contribute to social media since it was a fun way to be creative and strengthen my event management skills. The volunteers' room was spacious and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming. I'm grateful for my time here and would definitely recommend it to other travelers looking for a great work exchange in Amsterdam!

I had a fantastic experience volunteering at the hostel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making me feel at home right away. The hostel has a warm, friendly atmosphere and a great sense of community. The work was well-organized and fair, with clear expectations and support when needed. I appreciated the opportunity to learn new skills, meet amazing people from all over the world, and contribute to the day-to-day operations in a meaningful way. The hostel was my first Worldpackers experience, and I'm glad it was here! The environment of a women-only hostel is what makes this place so special. Everyone was welcoming and friendly from the start, especially Chrystella, Rania, and Jassy, who helped me throughout my time here. I not only made great friends with other volunteers, but also had the chance to meet guests from all over the world. Overall they are very flexible with your work schedule and give you creative input on the events you want to host. I'm grateful for this opportunity, as it will always hold a special place in my heart:D
