Das Hotel in Bacalar ist zu meinem Zuhause geworden, ein super angenehmes Umfeld zum Bleiben und Arbeiten, Zeit, die Lagune zu genießen, der Pool des Hotels und weiter kennenzulernen. Miguel und Armando sind sehr geduldig darin, zu lehren und das Wissen darüber zu teilen, wie man den Ort verwaltet, sehr respektvoll und freundlich. Im Hotel gibt es eine Abteilung, die nur für Freiwillige vorgesehen ist, die in meinem Fall nicht geteilt werden musste, weil sie die Einzige war, daher war ich sehr bequem, aber ich erfuhr, dass es manchmal zwei gibt, also muss man unter uns teilen. Plane, bald zurückzukehren, vielen Dank, Mayanah!!

Es war eine gute Erfahrung; es ist eine ziemlich ruhige und entspannte Umgebung. Das Freiwilligenzimmer ist sehr komfortabel und es gibt eine gute Kommunikation.

I had an amazing time at the the hotel. The host is super friendly and invited me to meet his friends and go to cool events. The tasks are very easy to learn and the team at the hotel made it so easy to feel welcome and at home. The accomodation is located within the hotel, which was a huge benefit. I enjoyed my time and I would really like to volunteer again!

Mi primera vez trabajando en recepción de un hotel y la experiencia fue súper chila, Maria (recamarista), Armando (mantenimiento) y el velador, siempre amigables, pacientes conmigo, cuando necesitaba apoyo siempre estaban ahí para ayudarme, y de Miguel (manager) al pendiente en todo momento y rápido para solucionar cualquier problema, mucho valioso aún, siempre trato de incluirme y de hacerme sentir como en casa. Los horarios y descansos cumplidos 100% además de ayudarme ajustando mi horario a mis tiempos libres de mi trabajo remoto. Bacalar mi segundo hogar.

Mi experiencia fue muy relajante y linda! Conocí a personas que se han convertido en amistades y pude envolverme en la cultura local y relajarme como yo buscaba! Quería desconectar del ruido de la ciudad y el ajetreo diario y Bacalar fue un excelente lugar para hacerlo!! El trabajo en el hotel era bastante fácil y ligero y las horas de trabajo se respetaban ♡ y todos eran muy amables y estaban al pendiente de mi y ayudándome en todo lo que necesitara!! Gracias al anfitrión Miguel por dejarme trabajar en el equipo y así poder vivir en Bacalar, sin duda es una de mis lugares favoritos♡♡

Bacalar es mágico, el lugar es muy cómodo y como chica que viaja sola me sentí muy segura, las actividades sencillas, todo como se acordó. El hospedaje divino y tener alberca es un plus. Esta muy céntrico llegas a cualquier parte caminando espero volver pronto. Gracias por todo.

The hotel offers a tranquil escape. Hotel location, close to the main street, adds to it's authentic charm. Miguel is easy going, responsive, and always happy to provide clarification if needed. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a relaxing spot to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Bacalar. ☀️

Mi primer experiencia no se la deseo a nadie, no me sentí cómoda con el anfitrión, el primer día de conocerlo sufre un ataque de ansiedad a causa de las drogas que consume y el alcohol, insistentes invitaciones a salir, insinuaciones a ingresar a su habitación, estaba en una habitación sola, pero me indica que debo cambiarme directamente a su apartamento, con miedo al no saber lo que me esperaba y sintiéndome totalmente vulnerable, ante una persona con adicciones. Viajo sola busco paz, tranquilidad y de una primer experiencia quería llevarme felicidad, pero fue todo lo contrario, decepción.
