Education
Through the university (and the partnered exchange program), I had the opportunity to study for a year in Mexico, in the city of Xalapa, in the Civil Engineering program and also Architecture and Urbanism. Since then, I took a new path and fell in love with Marketing!
I graduated in Marketing in 2023 and I am currently pursuing a degree in Administration, where I have contact with a broader view on business.
Work experience
Currently I work in the digital product management field, at a wine club, and I am responsible for data analysis, marketing, running tests and improvements, customer service support, monitoring trends, documenting processes and ensuring compliance, in addition to working on launching new clubs.
Previously I worked in marketing, helping manage the Lipton and Pepsi brands. I also have experience with traffic management for local businesses, having run for almost two years with different ventures (clothing store, tattoo studio and yoga studio, printing shop, hamburger restaurant, etc).
In Mexico I worked in a restaurant in many roles, such as hostess, waitress and general assistant, in addition to having been part of the team at a hostel in Cancún, where I learned a lot at the reception and in event planning.
Travel experience
My first international trip was in 2013 to Buenos Aires; I took the bus from Porto Alegre. It was unplanned, I couchsurfing and had one of the best experiences of my life.
In 2018 I traveled to Chile on my first experience with worldpackers, I volunteered at a hostel in the city of Maitencillo, and without a doubt it could not have been in a better place or with better people.
Already in 2019 I did a study abroad in Mexico and in that same year I had experiences that transformed me completely; living abroad gives you strength and clarity you never imagined were possible. In the meantime, besides visiting some cities in Mexico I could also get to know a little of Guatemala and Cuba.
Cuba was the most incredible country I have visited; it is a world apart and it is my dream that I will surely have to return.
