I was welcomed by the host family with open arms. The hours agreed upon and meals were honored. We collaborated often on the days activities and practiced Swahili, which I greatly enjoyed. I was in Tanzania for 20 days, so I was aware of the typical home conditions. The host should include a description of the living conditions. Most wouldn't be comfortable. Transportation of any kind or any extras are expected to be paid for by traveler, which is not agreed upon prior to. I felt that they were money driven and avaricious. Things listed on the profile that are not included, like discounts.
