We are looking for people willing to join our Hostel Family, we all are going to the same direction and we have the same goal: give an unique experience to our guests. The hostel is well situated in the city center, so with your time off you'll be able to do anything the city offers! No need of public transportation because everything is close by: main restaurants, bars, pubs, all within a 15´walk. We need creative people to come up with new ideas, anything you can think of! It will all be up to you!
Volunteers will be help on Reception desk duties. Also helping and entertaining our guests hosting free events at our terrace and lounge, helping out with breakfast/lunch/dinner, helping us with the bed´s linen setting, doing the gocery shopping, etc. We need people for a minimum stay of 4 weeks. Working between 25/30 hours per week, you will get to live in the hostel in a staff dorm with a private bathroom, AIRCON, private terrace and you'll have breakfast & laundry included. Plus, the hostel has a fully equipped kitchen, linen is included and there is free wifi!!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hostel, I got to explore Sevilla and meet so many cool people. The hostel is really clean, has an amazing location and has a really pretty rooftop ! The hosts were really nice and welcoming, and very organized as we got schedules for our shifts. The work is very straightforward and simple, and they are very good at being there incase you have questions or need help. I had a really amazing time here and would really recommend it ! Thanks again for everything !!!

It was a very great experience to do a first Work & Travel assignment and to travel in this way. The team was very warm and welcoming.
What is important to know is that you have to be flexible with your sleep schedule, because I did 9 night shifts (midnight to 8am at the reception) during the 21 day stay. During the day shifts, unfortunately, there wasn't much I could have helped with or taken care of, and the nights were very quiet as well.
But still, it was an exciting experience and I look back on a very valuable and wonderful time in Seville!

My time at New Samay Hostel was truly an amazing experience! The team was super welcoming from day one and made me feel right at home. Getting to meet and hangout with the other volunteers was a highlight! You get to meet a lot of the guests and made some really cool connections. I unfortunately left the hostal a couple days earlier due to last minute travel plans and it was upsetting to leave the team but regardless my time at NSH was memorable! Thank you Pablo, Fede, Stephano and Marcos for your hospitality and kindness, truly 🙏🏼

the team was welcoming and the schedule was planned ahead. The job is really easy, i felt almost useless at some point. You will have a lot of free time to go around sevilla but it won't be easy to get out of the city and explore because everything is pretty far away and you will have to be back in max one day to respect the schedule.
