Volunteering in our hostel is a great experience to learn new skills and get immersed in the hospitality industry. The Volunteer will have fun while helping on daily tasks related to the travel industry. They will also get to make new friends and discover the country from the hosts perspective.
I started this business because I love traveling and this helped me have an experience in hospitality business. When I started the hostel, I try to convey this philosophy to the employees. Overall, there is a friendly atmosphere with a full respect for all the team, staff and guests.

Hostel is in a great location, Faisal is extremely accommodating and the facilities are far better than you would expect from a hostel. The work is clear, and there's a great view from the roof. Nothing bad to say about the experience, really!

I worked for a breakfast preparing position and it was fun and memorable experience. I prepared breakfast for other volunteers and guests everyday when they ordered it. You can arrange the meal on your style, for example, in my case I made some food from my country using the local ingridients to introduce our gastronomia to others. It was very pleasing me to see the guests satisfied with the meal I prepared. As for as my free time, I enjoyed a lot, meeting the local people, immersing myself in the local culture and so on.

The hostel is really nice, quiet, well equipped and close to the Medina. Initially, we had some organisational issues that we later clarified to have a leaner schedule, but the tasks are very easy and the working hours are as agreed. Faical is nice and the other volunteers have been great.

It is a nice hostel, I enjoyed the terraces a lot and also the location is decent. The tasks are easy, but the shifts depended on check ins and were not very well organised. There wasn't much of a social atmosphere I was looking for either.

Marrakech is a stunning city. The hostel is well located and beds are comfortable. I had volunteers with me that made the experience better.
I didn't feel comfortable when talking to the owner,he wasn't polite with me a few times and not very clear with the job instructions and schedule.I didn't feel 100% welcome. Work is not hard but it's not organized as it should be. But overall I enjoyed my time there and the city and Saara worth the time. I'm grateful for the experience in general, I learned a lot.
