T.House Farm
We are Will and Lana, the stewards of the land we live on. It is located in a very quiet road, about 3.5 miles (5.6 km) to a charming small town of Pahoa, with the nearest beach about a 30 min drive away.
This land used to be an orchard and plantation but had been neglected before we found it. We are in this journey of building an off-grid, eco-friendly, homesteading farm, with free-ranging animals, gardens, and orchards. We share the fruits of our labor with our friends and neighbors, we don’t sell any of our produce to the public.
We have many building projects (e.g. mobile chicken coop, small living spaces and facilities, farm structures, etc...) that we would very much love to build them beautifully, reflecting the environment here, as well as on going farm maintenance help, that we would love to have you participate in and put your personal touch to!
We go into this looking to make connections, perhaps, finding life long friends and building communities who share similar values and can enhance each other. Human connections, cultural exchanges, learning from each others, are what are important to us.
Will is from Asia, Lana from Europe, we had travelled around and appreciate individuality. We love to discuss the affairs of the world and our planet, listen to, and inquire about perspectives that may not be the same as ours. We are open, environmentally conscious, progressive, and care about many social issues.
We like to cook and hope you will enjoy our cooking, but we would love to try the dishes you are most proud of cooking, too!
