Volunteers contribute $5 per day to cover expenses for food and everyday items and necessities like water, soap, toilet paper, electricity etc. We offer free accommodation to our volunteers. Each volunteer receives a kilogram of roasted coffee beans for free at the end of his/her volunteer stay.

We are currently running a project to build a safe school for vulnerable children of the Masaka region in Uganda. In the meantime we have a provisional school where we need a lot of help sharing our Initiative to the world. We need community manager, Media Editor, Website designer, Graphic designer, Fund raising project . It was my first experience but the BEST! Paul is such an amazing person, good listener, good sense of humor and understanding which made everything easy and comfortable while i was in uganda. I definitely recommend to volunteering with the organization institute the organization. I felt safe and secure though i went on my own :). I would say take the risk and explore the beauty of the organization ❤️ i'm missing the children so much would definitely go back as soon as i can! Keep up the good work Paul you are the best!!!

This was a wonderful eye opening place to experience the local culture and needs of Uganda. I volunteered at this school for 3 weeks and enjoyed every second of it. The kids were great and Paul, the host leader, took me on a Safari. Would definitely recommend for someone who desires perspectives on different parts of the globe! Priceless experience.

This was my first worldpackers experience and it was truly the best one i could've picked, Paul is so kind and loving always checks up on you making sure your ex joying every second. the children are amazing and bright and have so much potential for an amazing future thanks to what Paul does for them. i 100% recommend and will definitely be back❤️

Dear Tariro, i felt so welcome to have you stay with us. You have so much given the definition of love . Which seems inborn. Your smile has shown it all , Your calmness has left a meditational medicine to the children and i can justify it from prisca every time calling you ''Mama ..mama '' hahaha.

The most amazing experience! I would 1 million percent recommend this to anyone thinking about it, best thing I've ever done. Paul is so amazing and made us feel so welcome, nothing is too much of so ask for him, and this made our experience so much better. The kids are amazing and working for a small charity you really feel like you can make a real difference. Thank you Paul for an amazing experience. I will miss the kids so much and hope to come back soon
