I really enjoyed my time at the guest house 😊 Mati and Maria are great hosts, the house is super cosy and I met lots of great people there. The work is easy and fun. I got a good introduction on my first day and a schedule with all my work hours. But if I wanted to switch something it wasn't a problem at all 😊 I also got the opportunity to learn how to surf and really enjoyed that I would definitely recommend the place :)

The guest house is a beautiful place to volunteer at, is situated in the middle of Tamarindo so you can visit the town and go to the nearby beach walking. The job is easy, the onwers are kind and will help you with whatever you need! Tamarindo is a turisty place, so if you like a beach town with lots of bars, restaurants and people this is the place for you.

My experience at the guest house was really good, it is a beautiful guest house, Maria and Maria are really nice people and are always checking on you, the tasks are easy to do , it's a bit of cleaning and reception, they are organized and since day one they provided me with the shifts I had to take during the week so I could organize the activities I wanted to do during my stay, they also gave me the opportunity to take surf lessons which was amazing! Tamarindo is a really touristic place so you see more foreigners than locals but if you go to the towns nearby you can get a more local experience.

My stay at the guest house was truly wonderful, the moment I got there I was welcomed and felt very comfortable. I met so many new people from all around the world. Maria and Matias are wonderful people and hosts. They always made sure I was comfortable and felt at home. The work was very fair and respected. The culture is beautiful and I got to explore and experience many things. I will definitely come back!

Mati and Maria are an incredibly nice couple. They welcomed me into their new hostel and treated me very well. The hours of work and benefits were respected and I was free to do whatever I wanted outside of these hours. The work consisted of cleaning tasks, some gardening, helping with check ins/ out and socialising with the guests. In my free time I went surfing every day, explored the town and enjoyed the nature. If Maria or mati were unable to provide breakfast or I would get up early and go surfing they would always offer to do something for lunch which was very kind.
