L'ostello è stata la migliore esperienza della mia vita. Ho davvero trascorso il miglior momento con le persone migliori. Ho fatto amici per la vita lì e ho incontrato così tante persone che posso davvero chiamare fratelli e sorelle. Consiglierei sinceramente questo a chiunque voglia mettersi in gioco

Come prima esperienza di volontariato, l'ostello era fantastico! Ho fatto amicizie per tutta la vita, e ho già voglia di tornarci. I responsabili e gli altri volontari hanno messo molto impegno per rendere l'ostello accogliente, inclusivo e divertente per tutti, e chiunque varchi le porte di quell'ostello lo sente immediatamente. Le attività di volontariato erano chiare e ben organizzate con un foglio di calcolo e una checklist, e i responsabili sono accessibili e pronti ad aiutare. L'unico inconveniente è stato dover tornare a casa! Sto già pianificando il mio prossimo viaggio di ritorno <3

Se cerchi un posto con un sacco di feste ma anche alcune responsabilità, l'ostello è il posto. Ti sentirai come in famiglia, e il divertimento non si ferma mai. È vero che può essere faticoso (perché davvero è un ostello da lunedì a lunedì), ma l'esperienza ne vale assolutamente la pena.

Mi sono davvero divertito all\'ostello. Ho svolto compiti di lavanderia, tour dell\'ostello e ho guidato attività e giri di pub. Ho anche lavorato dietro il bancone del bar dell\'ostello, cosa che ho davvero apprezzato. Se vuoi guidare alcune attività, o prenderti turni diversi, i manager sono davvero flessibili. Le riunioni alle 9 del mattino ogni due settimane sono un po\' strane 🫠, ma lo staff e gli altri volontari sono davvero divertenti e rendono l\'intera esperienza. Il cortile rende l\'ostello davvero socievole e permette agli ospiti e ai volontari di conoscersi tra loro. Mi mancherà stare qui e lo consiglio a chiunque voglia fare festa all\'ostello.

Ho trascorso davvero un bel periodo all'ostello! Ho potuto aiutare nei pub crawl, nelle attività diurne e aiutare a guidare le belle escursioni attraverso le montagne dell'Albania! Il personale e gli ospiti sono molto vicini e c'è sempre molto da fare! Lo consiglierei vivamente a chiunque voglia conoscere Shkoder!

Ho trascorso un periodo meraviglioso facendo volontariato qui! Le persone sono fantastiche e il luogo è piuttosto fantastico! Un ottimo posto per rilassarsi e conoscere molti viaggi internazionali! Una grande miscela di feste ed esplorazione dei dintorni! Consiglio vivamente questo posto a chiunque voglia passare dei bei momenti.

This was my first volunteering experience and has genuinely been one of the best months of my life. I had the most amazing time with the best people, I have genuinely made friends for life. The work was very reasonable and because the vibe was so great it was usually genuinely fun. I liked that there was some flexibility with shifts to be able to do the things I was better at. There was great support within the team and opportunities to try new things. The staff accommodation and food was great. But the best thing was really the atmosphere. I love you guys, wish I could've extended :(

I honestly had the best time at the hostel! It was a very social hostel, and I loved meeting people from all over the world. the hostel really created such a loving community that I enjoyed. The work was very fun to do and manageable! Mike was open to exchanging feedback which I really appreciated - I'd highly recommend this experience :)

I'm writing this review as I'm packing my bags to go hiking - and even tho I'll be back in a few days to say a proper goodbye, I already dread leaving. Over the last month, this hostel has become and been my home. the hostel is Strawpedos, Beer Bongs and Raki Shots, it's getting drunk with strangers turned to friends during the various day activities, but most of all it's family. There's always someone around to help you, be it employed staff or the other volunteers: the team spirit is really THE BEST! Would 100% recommend if you're up to the hostel day and night with the coolest people alive!

My time in the hostel was truly amazing! The manager and the staff were extremely welcoming, they immediately made me feel like part of the team. The work is really easy flexible and well communicated, you can also use the bikes for free which gives you the opportunity to explore shkoder and its surroundings. Albania is truly a magical country, with its unique nature and hikes. Parties are really fun, even tho it was still low season, and you'll never lack raki. I'm really grateful to had the opportunity to be the part of this experience and team, I've met amazing people and I'll be back!<3
