Criadora do blog manas na trilha , deixei o mundo coorporativo em 2019, para cair na estrada. A cada viagem sinto que estou me reinventando, quero olhar para traz e sentir que dei o meu melhor.
Education
Postgraduate degree in Solidarity Economy, Innovation and Social Management - from the Federal University of Cariri – UFCA / Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers – CNAM, France
Work experience
I have experience facilitating groups, workshops, collective training, formative processes, mobilization, and conducting participatory activities, working with different audiences and institutional contexts. I have professional experience at SEBRAE-SP in activities of collective training, planning formative activities, developing content and teaching materials, structuring lesson plans and formative paths, and conducting in-person and online activities.
I have worked in municipal public administration, in Ribeirão Preto's Secretariats of Innovation and Development, Culture and Social Assistance, including management of a professional qualification and productive inclusion program, institutional coordination, participant monitoring, and audience mobilization.
Travel experience
I spent two years traveling across Brazil volunteering. Those seven experiences taught me a different way of living: with more calm, openness, willingness to listen, empathetic communication, and a desire to meet people and local cultures.
Traveling alone taught me a lot about freedom, simplicity, adaptation, and, above all, about myself. I met incredible people and lived through situations I never would have imagined.
Now I am preparing a new adventure across Latin America. I have long dreamed of getting to know more closely its culture, biodiversity, and especially the Andean people.
I want to travel without haste, be present, live with the people, and let each experience transform a little of who I am.
Other volunteer experiences
Volunteering has entered my life through travel and has become one of the most beautiful parts of it. I have swapped work for accommodation and meals and discovered how interesting it is to arrive somewhere without knowing exactly what I will find. I enjoy the camaraderie, the small day-to-day tasks, the conversations, and especially the exchange that happens when people from different backgrounds share the same space.
I am not looking only to visit places. I want to meet people and live experiences that would normally not fit into a tourist itinerary.
